Of course, when Illy entrusted its image to a location like Piazza Gae Aulenti in Milan, it couldn't help but select people who were more than expert in catering and happy hour. The highly curated environment, the impeccable service, and the consistently top-notch product quality leave no room for criticism, even the slightest, in this restaurant. Everything runs flawlessly and seamlessly, the way Italy should, but not hamstrung by bureaucracy and unnecessary frills.

Ordered 2 coffees:
- Latte machiato - average, nothing special
- Sunrise latte - disgusting. I was craving an iced coffee, but the waiter insisted on recommending that, so I took it. Blended ice, with jam, double sour coffee, milk, and sprinkled with cookies. NOT RECOMMENDED 5.50.
The waiter was very pushy, wanting to rate the cafe himself on my phone before I even placed my order.
The environment was decent, okay, with an office vibe combined with a park nearby.
Dirty tables, pleasant background music, clean restroom.

My wife and I had a coffee break. In the central Piazza Gae Aulenti, a charming place. Illy Caffè is always busy, but the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Thanks to Davide, who served us exceptionally well. The prices are known to be a bit high, but it's worth it! The only downside was the insistence of a bookseller who wouldn't let go of us. I'll be back.

Today we went to Illy Caffè. We understand that it was crowded and that the staff was under pressure, and that's understandable.
However, the experience was very unpleasant. After we sat down and ordered, about 20 minutes later the waitress began clearing the table, even taking away the plates of food we hadn't finished. She didn't ask.
We had no intention of leaving at that moment, and this behavior struck us as extremely rude and unprofessional.
Even in busy situations, respect for customers should remain a priority.
