I'd never been before, and I have to say the staff was very professional, especially Laura and Manuela, who were always smiling and responded positively to our requests whenever we asked. Agnese was also very nice and friendly with the kids. I'd also like to say a few words about DJ Tommy, who, with his kindness and empathy, got everyone involved and got both adults and kids dancing. 22/09/2025: Sylvia at the front desk was above and beyond helpful. She was so kind to our family. She made the stay 5 stars. The hotel was clean and quiet. It was great for our family of 5 because they have adjoining rooms and the although the rooms and bathrooms are old, they were very clean.

First of all, the sign inside the store says that the dryer is 2€/15 minutes, but it's actually 3€/15 minutes. 30/11/2025: Update, November 30, 2025: We returned after a few months due to a small child and limited time. Everyone is always top notch. Mina is top notch, as are her colleagues and Mattia, the owner. The gnocchi are a must-try. Homemade. They're delicious. The pizzas are also very healthy and delicious. Prices are below average. Highly recommended. We had a wonderful time at this historic restaurant in Milan. I've been coming here my whole life but had never stopped for a meal. Mattia, Mina, and the entire staff welcome and treat their guests well. The pizzas are good and easy to digest. The salmon tagliatelle are excellent, as is the seafood salad. The elephant ear, a classic giant veal cutlet, is a must-try. The atmosphere is clean and bright. The prices are fair, especially with a fork. We'll definitely be back.

28/06/2025: Biased opinion, I am very close to Luca and Massi, but I must say that you are always welcomed with a smile. I use it for lunch with the company voucher and personally I am always treated in a familiar manner. I know that they also organize evenings but I have not yet had the chance to go. If at lunch you are lucky enough to find the dish cooked by the mother and not by chef Massi, you really feel like you are at home. Excellent for breakfast with super quality brioches. I recommend it then.......
