A pleasant surprise, discovered by chance while attending a concert at a nearby venue. Extensive meat-based menu, but also excellent options for vegetarians like me. The staff is very young but friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are average, but the quality is excellent!

A very positive experience, a beautiful place. The burgers were very good and made with quality ingredients! The van used as a table is beautiful, as is the entire place, with various references to the setting! You can also purchase meat and cured meats at the counter, which is well-stocked with local products! Great for a group or even a couple!

The Officina del Panino is a place that wins you over with its name: 1,000 points right off the bat! 😂 It immediately made me think of the legendary "Paradiso della Brugola" owned by Aldo, Giovanni, and Giacomo... and indeed, the atmosphere is exactly that: genuine, a little light-hearted, but with an incredible seriousness behind the counter. The place is large, bright, and well-organized, with no crowded tables or infernal lines. There's room to sit comfortably, and above all, the selection is plentiful: classic sandwiches, gourmet, "oversized" versions, vegetarian, with special ingredients, stuffed focaccias, piadinas, salads... in short, you can find everything and for all tastes. The quality is top-notch: fragrant and well-baked bread, top-notch cured meats and cheeses, fresh vegetables, and sauces made to perfection. Every bite is satisfying; you can tell they don't skimp on the raw ingredients or the care they take in their preparation. The service is another A+: fast, precise, never a bad sandwich or biblical waiting times. But above all, the guys (and girls) who work there are incredibly nice, friendly, always smiling and with that human touch that makes all the difference. They ask you how you want your sandwich, are happy to advise you, chat with you without being intrusive... you feel welcomed, not just "served." In short: a place that has perfectly understood what it means to make sandwiches with passion, quality, and joy. If you're passing through, don't miss it.
