Trattoria just like it used to be…..

Do you know those ultra-modern and in part almost all the same, faux-rustic, "starry", famous and "snobbish" places? Well, this place is the exact opposite. Here time seems to have stopped "centuries ago". Spartan, simple, humble but "direct" and almost family-like place. Here the environment is warm (extraordinarily rare and atypical), the time here has forgotten to flow for a very long time. Managers (or owners) very approachable and polite. I literally devoured a whole eel which was sublime to say the least. (must be booked) Then I ate a simple green salad (and strictly fresh vegetables) to try to "work off" that gigantic eel. Very positive experience. You can find mainly typical local products. Kindness was not lacking. Beautiful experience in a simple but enchanting context (place).

excellent home cooking. The fresh homemade pasta from tortellini to long pasta truly deserves nothing short of EXCELLENT. As well as second courses and desserts. The welcome and courtesy make you feel at home. For those who love a quiet and welcoming environment without expecting the service of renowned restaurants, this place is perfect. There is no ban on 4-legged friends, in fact they are welcome. We will definitely be back. 👍👍

Posti come questo ti ricordano che c'è ancora speranza. Ottimo cibo di tradizione. Sincerità e servizio familiare. La cuoca merita il Nobel della pace. Da non perdere se appartenete al genere umano.

Places like this remind you that there is still hope. Excellent traditional food. Sincerity and family service. The cook deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. Not to be missed if you belong to the human race.

Restaurant according to the standards of the 70s, it feels like going to eat at your grandparents' house (but without a tip)

Unique experience. Time travel. 70s atmosphere. 20 meters from the river. Simple, genuine and good.

A mio parere questo ristorante è soprattutto un'esperienza. Atmosfera di una volta, come stare a casa dai nonni. Un luogo molto spartano e semplice. Sembra di tornare in tempi passati in cui non c'era tutta questa attenzione al dettaglio, al servizio, al piattino curato e tutto si svolgeva in un clima di massima informalità e familiarità. Un ristorante che la maggior parte oggi definirebbe "vecchio", "out" e "sporco" per me invece è uno dei pochi avamposti rimasti in una selva di ristoranti tutti uguali e noiosamente moderni con arredo finto rustico e servizio professionale. Qui no. Qui è tutto sincero e schietto; come il proprietario che fuma seduto in cucina e la moglie che prepara da mangiare anche riscaldando a microonde. Un posto anti-fighetti per persone veramente genuine. Unica pecca: i prezzi sono un tantino alti per questo genere di servizio. Per come ho mangiato non avrei speso più di 25€ quando ne ho spesi 33€. Ma va beh, prendiamola così!

Perfetto per chi vuole passare un ottimo pranzo immerso nella campagna, con gusti tradizionali e casalinghi. Se vi aspettate di passare qualche ora completamente al di fuori dalla frenesia della città siete nel posto giusto. Il tempo si ferma e lascia spazio a tranquillità e serenità in un luogo rustico e molto intimo. Super consigliato !

É la seconda volta che pranziamo in questo ristorante e ci tengo a darne una valutazione eccellente perché tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato é stato ottimo. In particolare questa volta abbiamo mangiato le verdure grigliate sotto aceto specialità della cuoca e proprietaria, antipasti misti con aggiunta di assaggio di grana e mostarda, ravioli di zucca e maccheroncini con sugo di cinghiale (anche la pasta fatta in casa dalla cuoca), pesce di lago fritto, luccio e costine di agnello. Infine sbrisolona. Tutto veramente buonissimo, cucina casalinga genuina e squisita. Ad accompagnare un vino molto piacevole suggerito dal proprietario. Anche la location é molto gradevole, sulle sponde del Po (zanzare fortunatamente assenti a pranzo, la sera non so). É stato un pranzo veramente ottimo che speriamo si possa ripetere in futuro.
