Dinner at SLO, a good restaurant with an excellent menu selection. What I ate was delicious, reasonably priced, and very good service.

There are very few restaurants like this, everything is cooked with exceptionally high-quality Sardinian products, there's a magnificent selection of Sardinian wines, and Carlo's passion for making bread, pasta, colurgiones, seadas, and everything else he can make with his hands😋😋, supported in style by his partner in managing the dining room. Great guys! Highly recommended!

Very friendly and professional welcome. Welcoming and well-organized place. The tomato culurgiones were good, but I personally would have ordered one more given the price. The fregola with seafood was good, but the sauce didn't match the fish. In my opinion, it seemed like the tomato hadn't been cooked with the fish, but overall, it was good. The Sardinian sausage was very good. Excellent seadas.

First time at Soul Sardinia...dinner with friends Quiet place...we had the set menu...fish and meat... Excellent service, the owner is very nice and friendly. Excellent typical Sardinian dishes and generous portions. We will definitely be back...to try other à la carte dishes.

15/05/2026: Absolutely stunning! Pizza was great, fish was even better. I highly recommend this restaurant. And if you need a toilet - take your phone with you. There are some photos to be made on the way downstairs.
14/05/2026: Overall, a nice place. The owner at the entrance is friendly. Service is fast, with the waiter taking orders while he's too focused on his own. He orders and goes... what a shame... like a number that consumes and goes... The quality isn't great, nor is it praiseworthy... overall, it's sufficient, but the quality of the fish didn't convince me. Is it soft fried? Soft batter? Like it was reheated and not made fresh... what a shame.

18/04/2026: The dishes are excellent in terms of freshness and balance of ingredients. My compliments, as I've rarely eaten vegan food so well and drank such an amazing wine. Impeccable service. The atmosphere is simple and relaxed.
