A lovely little restaurant near the lake. Great food and good service.

We had a wonderful meal. The owner wants to rent out his family of butchers. They do so with flair. Friendly service, excellent meat dishes, and homemade pastas. Extensive wine list featuring only Italian wines. Vegetarian dishes are also available.

The best in Porlezza for those who want to enjoy high-quality meat and cured meats. Very professional staff and service. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is inconsistent, every other night—a shame.

The setting is beautiful, and the restaurant is tastefully decorated! The service was fantastic; they were very accommodating regarding my gluten intolerance. Everything is homemade, right down to the pasta and bread! I highly recommend it.

The price was a bit off-putting at first, as I thought it would be the typical small Italian courses. But the portions are huge and absolutely amazing. So, all things considered, the prices are perfectly fair.

I dined at this restaurant with high expectations, and I must say that the food was fully met: well-prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and truly delightful flavors. A culinary experience definitely worth recommending. Unfortunately, however, the service was subpar and significantly detracted from the evening. The two waitresses present were unprofessional: one completely inexperienced, the other seemingly more competent but involved in an unpleasant incident. During service, a greasy knife was dropped on my bag, staining it. It's a very delicate suede bag, so the damage was particularly severe. The handling of the incident was disappointing: the waitress initially denied the incident and subsequently didn't even apologize. They simply brought me a stain remover unsuitable for this type of material; when I tried to explain that it wasn't suitable, I was rudely interrupted, with the reply that I should let her finish. Even more serious was the fact that the owner was not informed of the incident and that no one, throughout the evening, saw fit to apologize. It's a real shame, because the quality of the cuisine deserves it.

A very well-kept and welcoming restaurant located in the center of Porlezza. It offers simple, tasty dishes, unlike the usual trattoria fare, featuring excellent quality meats and frequent seasonal specials. The quality is consistent over time; I return regularly and am never disappointed. Highly recommended.
