11/04/2026: We had a lovely stay at Tremezzo. The rooms were beautiful, the view was stunning, and the service was impeccable. They provided a beautiful cot and cute teddy for our 7 month old baby who was absolutely spoilt by hotel staff everywhere we went. The breakfast was amazing, it felt like we were in Beauty and the Beast with tables embellished with every food you can imagine leading out onto a beautiful sun drenched terrace. The lunch and dinner options were good, especially the restaurant by the water, but expect to pay a bit more than you would elsewhere in Italy. The heated indoor pool is perfect when the weather outside is a bit cold in Spring. The free 45min Thermal Experience at the Spa, with sauna views of the lake, is also wonderful so make sure you book it. Unfortunately I lost my gold necklace at the spa which couldn’t be found (and I believe was taken by another guest as the spa staff helped me look everywhere and were extremely apologetic), so just be mindful of your valuables even at a 5 star hotel. We also met another guest who had their small suitcase stolen at the platform at Como Lago train station so beware. We took the fast train from Milan to Como S. Giovanni station which was much less crowded and the hotel booked a transfer for us from there which was really easy and I believe much safer. It is also easy to drive there, the roads are pretty good and not too narrow. We had bad weather so ferries were suspended but you can easily take a ferry for a half day trip to Bellagio, which is stunning, or drive to Menaggio. We highly recommend taking a private boat cruise on the lake for at least an hour as it’s better to see all the towns and Villas, like Villa La Cassinella and Villa del Balbianello, by the lake. Villa Carlotta is also nice to visit right next door, which you can get a ticket for at the gate. If you are planning to book this hotel, then you should!

12/04/2026: Amazing experience, hands down the best restaurant in como, the quality of the food combined with the extraordinary views makes it totally worth it. Very friendly people, service was excellent, we only came to the mountain to eat here. Will definitely come back in our next trip!

09/04/2026: We visited this restaurant and were left with mixed feelings. On the one hand, the pizza was truly delicious—exactly the kind you'd expect to try when visiting as a tourist. Initially, we were served the restaurant's main menu, but knowing from reviews that they had Italian pizza, we inquired—and only then were we given a separate pizza menu. Unfortunately, the service left a bad taste. We noticed that guests ordering dishes from the main menu received much more attention: the waitress and the chef himself visited regularly—they asked about their impressions, chatted, and created a caring atmosphere. In our case, things were different. After we placed our order, almost no one approached us again. No one asked if we were satisfied or offered anything extra. After we finished our meal, we had to wait about 15 minutes to pay the bill, but no one came. In the end, we had to find a waitress ourselves. In conclusion, the cuisine is top-notch, and the pizza is truly worthy of attention. However, the service, unfortunately, is significantly inferior, leaving the impression that guests are treated differently depending on their order.

17/03/2026: Fantastic welcome, absolutely exquisite homemade dishes

03/04/2026: The food was good, but the prices were exorbitant, especially the meat and fish by weight: €80 for two single-serving soles, not even including side dishes (another €12 for a small plate of baked potatoes)… We strongly recommend choosing the dishes listed on the menu to avoid unpleasant surprises on the bill! I felt cheated, and I don't think I'll be back.

22/04/2026: A lovely, intimate spot! The staff is attentive, the food is delicious, and the view is breathtaking! We had dinner there, and I highly recommend going in the evening: it's even more magical 😄 It's a semi-gastronomic restaurant, so the portions are small: if you're very hungry, I suggest ordering two courses, and you won't regret it!

15/02/2026: For those who want to enjoy dishes with authentic flavors. I had the pleasure of trying this restaurant's cuisine twice in just three days in Como. The tagliolini with venison stew and the renowned cassœula, a riot of flavors, are highly recommended.
