31/08/2025: I have known this restaurant for years and I often go back with pleasure. The environment is modern but at the same time warm and welcoming. The menu is varied and complete. Prices appropriate to the quality of the products. Possibility of parking near the venue. I recommend booking in advance!

26/08/2025: We ate really well, the atmosphere was very nice and the service was impeccable.

03/08/2025: I was looking forward to dinner at Veranda and called to book in advance. Unfortunately when I arrived, there was a lot of confusion about my reservation. The security guard wasn’t welcoming or helpful, and instead of being seated at Veranda as I booked, I was sent to the Grill (which is a completely different place, with a different atmosphere and view). No one explained this clearly on the phone when I called, if I knew I got reservation for completely different restaurant I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming here, as on Saturday evening every nice place is booked so it all left me hungry and disappointed, in such high-end places the communication and attitude towards guests (even ones who only come for restaurant) is MUCH better.

02/08/2025: Living on your past reputation. Overpriced. How can you sell a Deluxe Suite without a stall shower? Rooms and baths need a refreshing.

15/08/2025: A perfect restaurant. We went here on the recommendation of the hotel where we were staying, and we have to say it was a great choice. The dishes we ordered—pasta, pizza, a selection of cheeses, and desserts—were all very good. The atmosphere was homey, and best of all, the service we received was super friendly and attentive. We would definitely return. Highly recommended.

26/07/2025: Location, atmosphere and culinary experience is amazing. Laura made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. I usually eat very fast in my daily life, but every time I come to Acquadolce I always eat very slowly, because the food is too good to be eaten so fast 😃

15/08/2025: Oh my, what a spectacle! We're writing from the table after coffee. I think it's one of the best places we've eaten in the entire Lake District. Inventive pairings, dishes crafted with attention to detail, and incredible ingredients... wow! AIC sign at the entrance (the entire menu is gluten-free except for the ravioli and involtini), impeccable service, a charming venue, and an extensive wine list... we'll definitely be back!

29/07/2025: Abbiamo preso alcune pizze d'asporto, devo dire che il sapore è buono, ma è lo stile della pizza la cosa che non mi piace (per i miei gusti, ovviamente), perché non gradisco molto le pizze molto ma molto sottili. Repilogo: la pizza è buona, lo stile può piacere o non piacere da persona a persona.

06/09/2025: We chose this restaurant based on the Google Maps ratings, which are much better than others. The food is good, but the quantity is really minimal compared to the prices. The cover charge is €3 per person, and the cocktails are very expensive. They're playing on the city's touristy situation (and they're right).

09/08/2025: Unfortunately, an unpleasant situation occurred during my visit. Upon arriving at the restaurant on Saturday at 8 p.m., we were informed that the wait for pizza would be a maximum of 30 minutes due to high demand. We agreed. After 15 or 20 minutes, a waiter approached us and took our order for two pizzas. Next to us was a full table with four Italians who arrived about 10 minutes after us. They were served first and received their orders first. We waited until 9 p.m. to order, so an hour had passed. We asked the waitress to ask the kitchen how long we would have to wait, as we had plans and were in a hurry. The waitress only asked after we asked a second time. At 9:10 p.m., the waitress returned with the information that our order would be ready in 20 minutes. We decided to leave, considering the waste of time. The waiter and waitress apologized, and we were excused from paying for water and a glass of wine. Next to us sat a family with two small children in the same situation. They asked for their order because they had been waiting for a long time and the children were hungry. What a waste of time.
