The restaurant is also highly recommended.
10/06/2026: The hotel is nice and cozy, and the rooms are clean and spacious. and have good lake views. The staff is very good and do a great job — I especially liked Anastasia, the reception manager, and Leyla, the housekeeping supervisor. They were very kind, attentive, and caring. They responded well to all requests and really tried to explain and show everything.
The only thing I might mention is that our room had a balcony, and the floor on the balcony was very shaky — it probably needs attention and repair. Everything else was excellent.

12/05/2026: My first meal in Italy and was blown away by how delicious everything was. Prices are very reasonable. We had the octopus, mussels in pepper sauce, the 4 cheese pizza, tiramisu hugo spritz and aperol spritz. Everything was so yummy but the octopus were on another level!! The staff was also super friendly.
Would recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

07/06/2026: Our stay was good in overall. We booked the Romantic Junior Suite, but when we arrived it was already taken by a mistake. Thankfully they were able to switch us to similar kind of room and they handled the issue really well.
Before booking you should notice that this is a farm; you will see and hear plenty of different farm animals during mornings and evenings. For us it was only a positive thing, but if you have trouble sleeping in general then you should pack your ear plugs with you.

08/06/2026: Cute little gelato shop in Lenno next to the lake, great to finish off our day trip at the villa. Ordered the pistachio and mango - both flavours were great.
07/06/2026: I've been to this ice cream parlor several times now and am always completely surprised by the delicious flavors. Simply superb, I can highly recommend it.

I'll start by saying that I'm a regular at other piadina shops of the same brand.
This is the first time I've seen it like this. The piadinas basically have the bare minimum of toppings, I think 1/3 compared to any other piadina shop. I had to go here for 4 days, so no problem, it's just deliberately applied. Besides, they're the only ones in the hospital. Ridiculous.
And the fridge is kept at minimum, with the beer always warm after a minute, rightly so.
Never again.

14/06/2026: We stayed in Lomazzo as a stopover on our trip to Corsica and ate at Il Fiordo. Lovely hostesses and a delicious meal at a table outside. There were a lot of Italians there and the outdoor area was full. The food was delicious. We had Pizza Monte Napoléon and Pizza Parmesan. And the tiramisu was delectable. We really enjoyed ourselves for a very reasonable price.
