13/11/2025: We visited this restaurant with my wife, son, and one-year-old daughter: it was a truly delightful experience! The staff was incredibly kind, and the owner, incredibly charming, made us feel right at home right away. The food was excellent, from the starter to the dessert, even the coffee was exceptional. The portions were generous, the quality was top-notch, and the prices were truly fair. A place where you can eat well and feel at ease. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be back! Kudos again to the owner for his kindness and the passion he puts into his work. 👏

03/11/2025: We had lunch at this osteria: everything was truly delicious, from the starters to the main courses, right down to the desserts, with a wide selection to suit all tastes. Great prices and excellent quality!

18/11/2025: A disgrace! Sending out a plate of fried mixed fish cooked in used oil is a sign of indifference. The other diners ate everything because they were friends with someone on the staff, which is why I didn't make any further requests. In fact, I asked if the chef was still in the dining room and was told he'd already left (who would cook another dish, the waiter????) I returned almost the entire dish, and once I went to pay, I didn't even hear a "sorry" or a refund, as if the waiter or the lady at the cash register had tasted it and was sure it was excellent. (…………) I will advise everyone against ordering fried fish from this place, and after receiving a response like that, I will strongly discourage anyone from even having a coffee. Having worked in the hospitality industry for years, finding myself faced with such a disgrace was disappointing, but I paid in full without complaining to the cashier or the person who brought me the dish. I asked if the chef was there, but he had already left. Otherwise, I wouldn't have let him taste it, because I'm not a murderer, but just smell it. Best regards

09/11/2025: Everything at this restaurant was excellent, from the service and the wine they recommended to the portions and the price. It's the best ham and cheese pizza I've ever had (no picture), and the calzone in the photo was so delicious I didn't expect it to be. It's a proper Italian restaurant and offers great value for money. If you go, keep in mind that the portions are family-sized, and you absolutely must visit if you're in Como.

06/11/2025: In this place you have to be in ball gowns and suits to be served normally and with respect. Or you have to be Italian, apparently because these demonstrations don't pass them by. They were a little polite until they seated us, but then the politeness disappeared. On the other hand, there were people in suits at the neighboring tables who asked them "is everything okay with your food?"; "oh, today is the perfect time to visit our city". They didn't even ask us anything, even when they served us the soft drinks they almost spilled them on the table from crashing. Apparently this is the hospitality of the Italians towards Eastern European tourists 😄 It is very important to clarify and know from their waiters, and the one who answers the assessments very witty, that not everyone has to demonstrate their financial capabilities in order to receive adequate and respectful service. :) No one knows who is what kind of person. They may have the money to order you the entire menu, but alas, with such a policy, it's a difficult job... Otherwise, the food was nothing special. You can eat tastier food in other restaurants. It was also very cramped. We had to lift the people next to us when we had to get up and go to the toilet.

20/09/2025: We came from Poland to Milan and visited Lake Como. We ended up here by accident. It's a great place, and we, as Poles, were very warmly welcomed. As a professional Chef de Rang, I was impressed by this place :) Very clean and attentive to detail.

16/09/2025: Regional restaurant with excellent Apulian dishes. The wine list is very comprehensive. Attentive and attentive service.

15/09/2025: Excellent food here and prices were not bad for the quality and portion. We ordered several of the pastas including one with shrimp, one with amberjack and eggplant and one with a ragu and meatballs. All the pastas were tasty and the freshly made pasta was cooked perfectly. The fried sardines were amazing and a must get. We also got the seabass and fried shrimp and calamari which were both delicious. For dessert we got the pana cotta and tiramisu which were solid. Overall, really tasty food and definitely get the fresh pastas!

12/10/2025: A very positive experience, from the welcome, through the food and service, to the bill. Very kind people welcome you to a unique and very well-maintained restaurant. The menu is just the right length, with a mix of meat and seafood/lake. Well-crafted dishes and excellent ingredients. A good wine list. Great attention to celiacs (most dishes are gluten-free, and they also have gluten-free bread and pizza bases). Dogs are welcome. The bill is reasonable, in the sense that it's not a cheap place, but the prices are fair for the quality offered. Definitely worth a try.

12/10/2025: I don't know if this is the first Chinese review of Stone House. Hahahaha. This is really good. I used to think that there wouldn't be many delicious restaurants by the lake where there are fewer people, but this restaurant is really professional. The environment is clean and stylish. I ordered lobster pasta and butter spinach. The noodles of the lobster pasta were covered with delicious lobster broth. You can taste the deliciousness without MSG, the taste is brought by natural ingredients. The lobster meat is tender and soft, like a cloud. This is the first time I have eaten butter spinach. I declare that butter and spinach are a perfect match. It's just that Chinese people may feel sick of it if they eat too much, but the taste is unbearable. The attitude of the service staff is also very good. I was wearing a white dress, and they asked me if I needed a bra, and helped me tie it with my child. It's great. Full stars.

13/11/2025: A charming place with a beautiful view, surrounded by nature. So far, I've used a voucher for an 80-minute massage, but I plan to return for dinner at the restaurant, perhaps with a weekend stay. Kudos to Rosy for the massage, truly relaxing!

10/11/2025: Always a pleasure to come back to, but there are some key points to review... in the women's bathroom, only one hairdryer worked and there were 4 of us inside to get settled, and then when you enter the men's changing room, the girls should knock before letting new customers in to explain the function of the locker, etc., to avoid embarrassing situations.

10/10/2025: Impeccable food, and if you’re lucky—or well organized enough—to get a table outside with a view of the Lake Como shores, you’ve hit the jackpot. Prices aren’t cheap by Italian standards, but the dishes are refined, elegantly plated, and thoughtfully prepared. Have some pasta, a glass of wine and relax.
