19/08/2024: Delightful unpretentious family-run hotel with a restaurant that serves topnotch food at affordable prices. Juliana the proprietor is a charming, calm and friendly presence. We have been staying here for years and cannot recommend it highly enough. Swim in the lake -- just a couple of minutes down the steep cobbled alleyways. Lots of fine walks up in the hills or along the shore.

Il prodotto è lo Stesso di 2 anni fa e prezzi sono triplicati Il servizio è peggiorato( il ragazzo che ci ha portato i piatti lo ha pulito con il dito e poi lo ha messo a tavola ) Sono tutti turisti e va bene così , però la presa in giro dura poco

The pastries and brioches are very good. I recently tried the ice cream and I would say that it is first class and very good. The cost is not low, on the contrary, everything is of a high standard and this legitimizes the expense. Always full of people even in the height of summer it means that they really appreciate the quality.

14/08/2024: We liked Comi107 so much that we ate there twice during our stay at the lake. The service is super friendly and the couple who run it have everything under control. It's not on the promenade, but it has the advantage that there are almost no tourists there, at least not yet. The price-performance ratio was the best for us of all the restaurants we tested in Como. Fresh, great products excellently presented. Fish risotto meat everything was amazing! Portion of pasta for €22 cannot be compared to €30 in the city center. Definitely worth a visit!

Unfortunately, however, our experience was not at all positive: one of our guests did not eat fish and the very rude waiter treated her with disdain and annoyance all the time, which we did not appreciate at all. I think it could happen that you end up in the wrong restaurant, but you should never mock or abuse anyone who may have food allergies or intolerances: unfortunately nobody chooses them. It is a symptom of great rudeness and a total lack of empathy, not to mention that in life it may happen that one day you find yourself having to face the same problems that were previously mocked with superficiality and rudeness. Good food doesn't win against bad education.
