The staff is helpful and the rooms are a bit small with no free water. The view is amazing!

Our room (the junior suite) was very comfortable and nicely decorated, but in early April, without heating, it was a bit chilly. The view of the lake is truly magnificent, hence my rating, but the hotel is perched on a hillside, quite far from the center. Not recommended without a car. The staff is friendly, but the service is a bit lacking for a 4-star hotel, and the breakfast is adequate. The hotel parking is paid, but there is free parking 100 meters away.

We booked three nights at Hotel Asnigo and were absolutely delighted. The location and view are breathtaking and beautiful. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The rooms are very clean, and the lake view is unique thanks to the perfect location. We would love to come back.

Excellent value for money, rooms are not large but, on the lake side, you can enjoy a fantastic view as well as the very very appreciated restaurant terrace

The hotel's special feature is its beautiful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Overall, it was always very clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the rooms are modern.

Excellent hotel on Lake Como. From the hotel terrace there is a beautiful view of the lake. We arrived in the evening and Como was glowing with lights. The atmosphere was magical and very cozy. In the morning we had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake. It was a wonderful way to start the day. The breakfast was good and everything was fresh. The service was very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained and fully соответствует своему уровню четырех звезд. The rooms are not large but this is compensated by the perfect location in the center of Como. A special highlight is the glass elevator. The hotel has four floors and when you go up in the transparent lift you can enjoy another beautiful view of Lake Como. Highly recommended for a stay in Como.

The staff spoke English very well, they were honest professional and kind
