Beautiful hotel overlooking Lake Como equipped with high quality comforts and a large outdoor area with swimming pool.

What I liked: The views are incredible. I spent hours just staring at the beautiful landscape around the hotel. The restaurant has amazing views, too, and the food there is really lovely. We ate there every night and tried the whole primi menu. The staff at the restaurant always made us feel welcome. The breakfast is very good. The location of the hotel is its main USP - Cernobbio is stunning but the hotel is located on a very calm part of the city, on the hills. Might not be a great idea to stay here if you don't have a car and are not okay with climbing hills but if you're fine with that, then this is perfect. Our room was the best one in the entire hotel - we had 2 balconies and 3 big windows with basically 180 degree views. We'll definitely return and try to book this room again! What I didn't like: The acoustics are a bit weird and the fact that the bedroom doors are too light doesn't help - everyone would bang their doors every time they left their room. The quality of the toiletries and slippers was not great and it would be great to have liquid soap available. The bath door was not fitted properly so wouldn't close all the way and we noticed some of the sealant on the windows hadn't been applied correctly either. The door to the balcony wouldn't close very well but that wasn't an issue since it was quite warm outside anyway. It would have been nice to have been informed that the pool was closed upon check-in.

PRICELESS view! Really attentive staff, clean and welcoming room....but I can't give 10 stars on the kitchen because they aren't there :). Rich breakfast and lake view TOP RESTAURANT!. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

La beauté du paysage lors de notre arrivée, un après-midi où il faisait beau. Une chance, car ça reste le seul très bon souvenir de notre passage. Sinon, très déçu de cet hôtel où un mariage était organisé le jour de notre arrivée. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de l'ensemble des prestations mises en avant lors de notre réservation. Pas de geste commercial pour nous offrir le spritz que nous avons consommé dans un espace sans intérêt. Repas du soir pris en sous sol. Tout est facturé, même les serviettes pour aller se baigner. Nous n'avions pas accès à la terrasse, à la piscine fermée...

Posto fantastico! Vista sul lago mozzafiato, albergo pulitissimo, personale gentile , Cenone di Capodanno tutto buonissimo e organizzato alla perfezione ci siamo trovati molto bene lo consiglio

Das Essen im Restaurant var sehr gut 👍, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Zimmer war auch sehr schön 🤩. Die Heizung oder Kühlschrank waren so laut das wir mit Kopfschmerzen aufgestanden sind, haben kaum was geschlafen .so spät in der Nacht haben wir uns nicht mehr gekümmert auf eine Reklamation, könnten nicht mehr einschlafen.

Lovely room with GREAT views, unfortunately the WiFi signal was very weak. Toiletries quite poor and insufficient. No kettle in rooms although promptly provided upon request. Ample breakfast and lovely staff, especially Mirabella. A great bonus was the public free car park which is only 70 metres away, literally a one minute walk. Overall great value for money; highly recommended.
