06/08/2026: How can you not give it 5 stars? Very good food and excellent beers!

01/08/2026: The beers are really good, well-made, and there's a good selection. It's a shame the experience was completely ruined by the staff's behavior. We know full well that the place closes at 1:00 AM, and we had no intention of staying past that time. The problem was the way we were asked to leave: a staff member came to the table saying, "Oh guys, we're leaving at 1:00 PM," accompanying the phrase with a hand gesture as if to shoo us away. I understand respecting time limits, but respect for customers should come first. A simple "Guys, we're closing in a few minutes" would have been more than enough. The beers are excellent, but this kind of service leaves a truly terrible impression.

23/09/2025: A very cozy and pleasant café! The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick and courteous. The food was delicious, and the house wine was excellent. We were there with our dog and stroller—everything was possible without any problems. Overall, very tasty and reasonably priced.

11/09/2025: A truly unique restaurant that I wouldn't want to miss. Everything is excellent from start to finish. I love it. There's plenty of parking nearby. Unfortunately, the restaurant will be closing its doors for good at the end of September 2025.

07/05/2026: If you're looking for peace and quiet and spectacular lake views, this is the place for you. It's up in the mountains, so it's a bit of a hike, but it's well worth it. The restaurant doesn't have many tables, but it boasts a lovely natural terrace. The homemade food is delicious, and the service is impeccable. Highly recommended.

24/06/2026: We were deliberately ignored for three minutes. Then they handed us a menu and asked if we could even afford the prices. Very arrogant and unexpectedly unfriendly. We were happy to spend our money elsewhere.

18/06/2026: The restaurant is located away from the lakeside traffic, making it very quiet and airy, even at lunchtime. The food is excellent and beautifully presented. Highly recommended, it's truly a great place to be!

03/06/2026: A great little local restaurant in Pigra. Nothing fancy. food was very fast and tasty. a nice simple menu with a good variety.

20/07/2026: The employee who makes the crepes was extremely rude. The menu just says “chocolate” without specifying what kind, so I asked for brown chocolate, meaning Nutella. She insisted that “chocolate” means white chocolate and that Nutella isn’t chocolate at all. She argued with me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Based on your rude and argumentative replies to every customer, it’s clear that you’re unprofessional. Secondly, don’t try to lecture me about the difference between Nutella and dark chocolate. Nutella is made with hazelnuts and milk chocolate, whereas milk chocolate does not contain hazelnuts. Perhaps you should educate yourself about what Nutella actually contains before telling customers they’re wrong. Learn how to treat your customers with respect instead of responding with arrogance, prejudice, and ignorance.

21/01/2026: Good morning, I'd like to report the barista's lack of hygiene. I stopped for breakfast, ordering a coffee and a croissant, when I noticed that the barista picked up the croissant with her hands without using the proper utensils (tongs or napkins), and that she was touching the money, without washing her hands between orders, despite having a Band-Aid on her finger. I also notified a local police officer who was outside on duty for the schools.

30/12/2025: Went there after the lunch time to get something warm to fight the cold weather and, altho the place was essentially empty apart from owners, they welcomed us in where most other places were closed. Two quite big sheltered areas with tables, and nice warm drinks/snacks available at very affordable prices.

05/06/2026: This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! My friends and I were welcomed by Angelo. He gave us great recommendations and was so personable. The view was breathtaking as the sun started setting!

04/06/2026: Everything you could expect from a elegant luxury getaway in Como is here in Villa Lario. We had such a great time in this wonderful setting. The room in the main building near the lake was simply perfect. The staff all along has bern very polite, positive and helpful. The restaurant has an elegant menu and the wine choices, tastes of the food was over standards. We had difficulty leaving the place as it has an aura embrwcimg you in everycorner of the hotel. Would definetely recommend this place to people searching for a luxury getaway and great rehabilition holiday. Will visit this hotel again for sure

25/06/2026: A wonderful family-run restaurant with delicious food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was fresh, flavorful, and of very good quality. We truly enjoyed our meal and would happily recommend this place to others.

30/03/2026: Nice bar with a spectacular view of the lake. It's a shame it's almost always full—you absolutely need a reservation. The prices are quite high, but the presentation is exquisite and spectacular. Great place for a drink or a quick snack. For the location and view alone, it deserves five stars.

12/02/2026: Lovely terrace, friendly service, but 22 euros for 2 cappuccinos and 2 slices of apple pie is exorbitant. You wouldn't even pay that at the foot of the Duomo in Florence. I'd drive a bit further.
