21/08/2025: My absolute favorite café in Gera Lario, and perhaps all of Lake Como! Great food, chips with your drink, and the kids can let off steam on the soccer field next door. The atmosphere is always friendly, and the music selection is varied and creative. The café also offers takeaway delicacies (wine, craft beer, sweets, etc.). Highly recommended; I come here at least once a year!

22/04/2025: Seit Jahren besuchen wir immer wieder die Pizzeria Colibri, wenn wir zu einem Kurzaufenthalt in der Region Comer See sind. Auch diesmal wurden wir mit sher gutem Essen und Freundlichkeit bestens bewirtet. Wieder einmal ein Höhepunkt - die Penne Arrabiata. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Stop.

20/04/2025: Pranzo di Pasqua al Colibrì. Cibo molto buono con delle fantastiche penne saporite e una buonissima pizza Margherita. Personale come sempre molto simpatico e accogliente. Noi andiamo al Colibrì durante le festività da 5 anni circa, ed è stato sempre il nostro punto di riferimento per Natale, Pasqua... Ci vediamo presto!

11/07/2025: A seat on the terrace and fast service! The pizza was very good! Thin pie and the pesto was very tasty. The spritz was very fresh and there was a good amount.

10/07/2025: I visited Café Cuomo and had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. After drinking, I asked to use the restroom and the waitress rudely told me I couldn't use it because I hadn't consumed enough. I thought it was absurd and completely out of place, especially considering I'd already consumed. The way she told me this was very rude, as if I were doing something wrong.

22/06/2025: Super delicious food, great service, pinsa and pizza from the wood-fired oven, super friendly service, very quick and multilingual, would go again!

18/06/2025: I had the pleasure of photographing a couple at Grand Hotel Imperiale, and the experience was fantastic. The hotel offers a perfect mix of elegance and classic Lake Como charm. Beautiful lake views, stylish interiors, and a peaceful atmosphere make it an ideal setting for wedding photography. Would happily return anytime.

11/05/2025: I gave 3 stars because the value for money isn't there. Very beautiful and suggestive location with a swimming pool directly on the lake, the bar behind it is very nice but the deckchairs in the pool are old and uncomfortable from the 80s. The hotel garden is fabulous and well cared for but the hotel toilet in the basement is dirty and smelly already at 11 in the morning. Furthermore, the standard rooms are really small, you can barely move. Uncomfortable and old mattress and in the duvet cover instead of a duvet a wool blanket. When a customer spends certain amounts these details are really unpleasant. Come on put more effort into it it's such a nice hotel in a potential location

04/08/2025: You can't get there by car unless you have an off-road vehicle. If you call, they seem to be able to pick you up in their jeep. You have to call to reserve and for the menu. It seems to be open only on Saturdays and Sundays.

23/08/2025: We stayed here last week with our family. We had apartment 1. It was quite an experience staying in this apartment, as if we were stepping back in time. That's not a problem, but the downside was that we didn't have air conditioning. As a result, the apartment was a bit warm. Standing fans, which often didn't fit Italian plugs, allowed us to get some airflow. One fan had a missing grille, which was dangerous. We did have a nice meal at the nearby restaurant. There was a problem with our order, but the friendly staff resolved it quickly. Furthermore, it was very noisy at night because we had to keep the windows open due to the heat. The terrace was noisy until late. Several scooters and cars drove by, making a lot of noise. The breakfast made up for a lot! I haven't had such a good meal yet. You can specify your preference on a menu, which allows you to stay put. The coffee is delicious, as are the toppings and bread! This review is based on the price we paid.

07/09/2025: They advertise on their website that they offer take away pizza, and when we went to order in person, we got told no. The waiter was rude and dismissive. You shouldn't advertise something you don't offer.

16/08/2025: Really nice, cozy, a bit hidden restaurant. I cannot find anything that could be a reason to give it less than a solid 5 stars. Food is good, not expensive compared to city centre. Drinks are awesome. Service as well. I spent most of my evenings there for sure. Highly recommend.
