04/08/2026: Decent pizza, but I drank all night, so bah!!!! In the dining room, it must have been about 40 degrees, with the air conditioning on but very low... I eat, get up, and leave... I can't go back to that again!!!! One star because 0 is not an option!

23/06/2026: Very good pizza, it's thin, while on Mondays they make it with a high edge, very light. The rest of the à la carte dishes are also good, the pizzas are aligned, it offers an excellent business lunch service with always varied and excellent menus. €13 you can also get pizza, the menu, first course, second course, side dish, coffee, can or wine or water. The products are very genuine and tasty, of the highest quality.

10/06/2026: The fish is delicious at competitive prices. Sadek is a guarantee; he has experience, skill, and courtesy. The location could be improved, but if that were the case, they would have to raise the prices, I think.

07/08/2026: An excellent kebab with a very pleasant, subtle Italian touch. The spit-roasted chicken is perfectly grilled and has the same taste and crispiness as a roast chicken. The white sauce is mild and light. The staff is friendly and speaks English. I highly recommend it.

07/08/2026: Excellent place, the panino kebab is more than full of fresh vegetables and homemade meat, all topped with a slightly spicy yogurt sauce.

20/07/2026: Review is for Baia booking agency. We booked for 22 days in Croatia and paid in full ahead. We needed to leave 1 day early. The agency REFUSED to refund 1 day. I wouldn't recommend this agency and will not use them again! There are 100's of others out there.

16/07/2026: Clean site and facilities. Bar and restaurant. Extra charge for loungers. Muddy entrance to lake. Used public beach 5 mins walk away.

02/08/2026: A great place for anyone looking for designer clothes at a much better price, especially during sales. The problem is finding a parking spot nearby, but if you're lucky, that's also possible.

15/02/2026: I returned after two years, and I have to say I wasn't as happy as I was the last time. Let's start with the premise that if you're missing ingredients, like mussels, for the peppered mussels, you don't add clams without asking. Furthermore, the tagliolini allo scoglio weren't tagliolini allo scoglio, but a fish sauce with only calamari and two shrimp, and the pasta's tips weren't cooked through. I pointed this out to the waitress, and nothing changed except the usual smirk, and I went to report it to the chef.

12/06/2026: If you don't absolutely have to stay here, you should skip this hotel. The rooms desperately need a repairman for the bathroom and furniture (musty drains, loose shower head, missing plug in the sink, very few electrical outlets, sagging closet doors, broken curtains, and kitchen smells and noises permeate the room during restaurant hours). The view is great, but the balcony is so small you can only enjoy it while standing. The waitresses were friendly and attentive.

04/06/2026: Excellent service. The restaurant prices were also very good. Even though our room was right in front of the restaurant's terrace, it wasn't too noisy. The price was perfectly reasonable for what you get. The only downside was the access to the hotel parking lot; I damaged my rearview mirror. A shame, but it was partly my fault. A heads-up would have been nice, otherwise everything was perfect.

08/05/2026: An experience not to be repeated. I ordered a bitter liqueur, which was served with an ice cube taken directly from the freezer.

08/07/2026: Unfortunately, the service is slow and cumbersome. The piadinas are decent but expensive. They invented the modular one, so if you order a simple tuna salad, since it's not on the menu, you pay 7 euros.

05/07/2026: You are destined to fail as a chain because you take away the best piadinas like the very good green one, and you are fleecing yourselves because now "10" is born in Brescia! Where the rolls are the end of the world! But if you are not able to make customers happy, forget it. On Saturday alone you lost 6! Continue to serve the offices that are nearby, poor deluded people... learn to make a mea culpa every now and then and a little common sense is a rule for serving! You deserve 0!

21/07/2026: If I arrive for an aperitif after 7 pm and the place closes at 8 pm, this should be made clear to everyone who enters... especially if the front door (and Google) says open until 10 pm...

13/07/2026: We went for an aperitif, shortly after serving us the waiter comes over and says "we're closing in 10 minutes" it was 7.45pm....

27/07/2026: The bar has excellent table service, with very friendly staff. Just one thing I'd like to point out: there's no air conditioning, which is a problem for people who come to enjoy company and relax, but unfortunately, the temperatures are unbearable... what a shame...

13/06/2026: I went to pick up a Vinted package. The woman I interacted with was rude and annoyed. She asked me for a code, and I politely told her I only had the tracking code the app provides. She insisted rudely, treating me like I was stupid, saying I must have received it when I purchased the package on the app. Just in case, I checked my entire text and email history and reiterated that I hadn't received anything at all. Huffing, she fiddled with her phone, and this damned code arrived via text. I read it to her, and she somehow dropped the package on the counter, slamming it down. Then she turned away without even saying hello or looking at me, even though I had remained calm and polite despite everything, and I certainly hadn't taken the greeting away from her! (But if she was supposed to send me the code, by the way, why did she claim otherwise? Well... And yet, it's certainly not the first time I've purchased from Vinted and picked up packages, even elsewhere! And never had these problems.) I should also add that before me, there was another user who had problems with a package from eBay. They had essentially lost his package and continued, in a sarcastic and mocking tone, to claim that they didn't accept packages from eBay. The user was calm and polite, and pointed out that eBay listed their location as an approved pickup point. In response, they not only continued to treat him rudely, claiming that he should have called their location first to make sure they were indeed an approved pickup point (but if the site listed you, you should know, right?), but as soon as he left the place, disheartened, they even loudly mocked him in front of us customers. Truly unprofessional! In short: I don't recommend choosing this location to pick up your packages! Not only do they treat you rudely, they don't even take any responsibility if packages get lost, making it seem like it was your fault! Pure madness, never again!

30/05/2026: Excellent dinner, it's a shame that when it came to the bill they didn't accept the THE FORK gift card for any reason, even though it had been previously accepted during the booking process via the app.

12/05/2026: Unspeakable staff, booked with confirmation both by phone and through the fork, arrived at the place closed, and after calling they cancelled the reservation

11/10/2025: Normal prices for the location, no more and no less than other places, sardines with polenta €14 out of the market for what they offer you

06/06/2026: I booked a table for 10 people for a surprise dinner on a Saturday night. On the night of the birthday, some guests arrived at the restaurant before us to hang balloons, and that was where the real surprise happened. The restaurant was closed, there was no sign, no one answered the phone, and the evening was practically ruined. What more can I say? 👎

08/03/2026: Excellent service even if the waiting times are a bit too long. The prawns and calamarata are excellent.
