14/05/2026: I ate a chicken and turkey kebab sandwich, the best I've ever eaten.

26/04/2026: Nightmare experience. We went here today to get a piadina and a slice of pizza to go. The owner at the cash register was rude and arrogant, both with the staff and the customers (!), and seemed to want to get rid of us as quickly as possible, even though he kept making mistakes with the orders. The piadina arrived after about twenty minutes, but the pizza was missing, so we had to wait with the piadina in hand, which by then had become a rush. We asked for takeout bags, but he told us he didn't have any, even though he had given them to all the customers before us. To "solve" the problem, he picked up the pizza WITH HIS HANDS and threw it on top of the piadina... I don't know with what intentions. All the customers were shocked. Absurd experience, we just wanted to run away. We do NOT recommend.

12/05/2026: A little gem in the middle of the mountains... we stumbled upon it by chance, received a warm welcome, and the meal was exceptional. Starter, main course, dessert, water, and coffee for €16 per person: unbeatable! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, thank you for this wonderful experience 🙏🏼

03/05/2026: On the national highway, we stopped at this bar-restaurant to eat something, but since it was 2.35pm there was nothing left available, not even a toast, so everything else is quite relative.

10/04/2026: We stayed at this property over the Easter weekend. It's quite clean, with spacious rooms (or rather, apartments) and comfortable beds. The kitchen is usable but lacks utensils, not even a single pan or cutlery, making it practically useless. Like all the other guests, we were left without hot water due to a fault. It can happen, but the situation needs to be managed... meaning, in this case, boilers would be needed to ensure hot water service. The situation was partially saved because we were allowed to wash in the farm manager's private apartment, but it still created the inconvenience of having to wait for everyone to wash in shifts and having to walk outside to get from one apartment to the other. When we requested a discount for the inconvenience, the response wasn't the friendliest or most polite. It's a shame, because a gesture of kindness toward a guest is always appreciated. It really didn't take much... breakfast was a bit meager: croissants, jams, and chocolate (you could refill them as you wish), and juice. Overall, the little village is very charming, and the on-site parking is very convenient. I would recommend the manager pay a little more attention to the breakfasts, perhaps adding something savory, adding some kitchen accessories, and above all, a little more discretion in handling any unexpected events that may arise within the facility, also accommodating those who have paid and are not responsible for any breakdowns.

A must-try for pizza by the slice, both in the past and now. Today, it's a regular date with my little girl, who's happy to be taken aback. A couple of slices each to settle our midweek dinner 😋😋😋

22/09/2025: Went for pizza with friends. The place is the same as it was twenty years ago and under the same management, and it could use some modernization. The pizza is edible, with thin crust and almost no crust (not exactly my taste), but considering how much we spent, I'm not satisfied with the quality/price ratio.

03/10/2025: Tourist trap?? If you enjoy delicious food and friendly service, this is the place for you. If you're looking for great food at a reasonable price, you're probably better off looking elsewhere. We'll be back anytime!

17/09/2025: A wonderful restaurant! Great view! Special dishes 🥰 and friendly staff! A fantastic evening for us. We ate there last year...we were looking forward to it again this year 🥰...and of course, an evening at Ai Pines is on the cards for next year on Lake Garda 🥰. I don't understand some of the reviews here...yes, tastes differ, but there's something for everyone in this restaurant! Keep up the good work! Thank you and see you next year 🥰

29/11/2025: We stopped for an aperitivo, but we were disappointed 😞 with both the service and the Spritz we drank. Between us and the previous customer, they didn't wipe the table, and they served us two cubes of leftover pizza to go with our drinks. I'm sorry, but you've lost a customer.

04/05/2026: Terrible experience. Avoid at least in May. The bar/pizzeria is only open on weekends. I went today, which is Monday, and it's closed until Friday. The pool was run down, with even a duckling in it. Pollen everywhere, thick as snow. For someone with allergies like me, it's a nightmare. The bathrooms are super basic, and the showerhead isn't very powerful. The prices are too high for what they offer. Essential services are lacking. I won't be returning.

02/05/2026: The campsite has very helpful and friendly staff. It's located on the lakefront, with direct access to the lakeside promenade. The pool is nice and available, although it has crazy hours for this period (3:00 PM - 5:30 PM). The bathrooms are quite dated but clean. There are also a couple of hot water stations at the sinks...great for degreasing dishes! We'll definitely be back; it's truly a wonderful place!

09/01/2026: After 40 minutes they tell me that they no longer have the cheese and that my order was mistakenly given to another person.

02/01/2026: And the service is absolutely zero and it's the 4th time I order with Delivero and the Coca Cola I paid for doesn't arrive on time. I try to call for an explanation and they don't answer, at least they had the decency to answer. If I can recommend, don't go there, they're not very serious people.

06/04/2026: I stayed at this hotel on the night between Easter and Easter Monday with fairly high expectations, especially given the beauty of the property, which is certainly charming and offers a delightful view. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience was disappointing. The property appears dated and, in my opinion, never truly renovated. We encountered several issues in the room: non-functioning electrical outlets, an unusable refrigerator, and, most seriously, the bathroom was not clean (the toilet was dirty). Furthermore, the shower was completely missing shower gel and shampoo, a difficult omission for a hotel. The spa also left mixed feelings: the sauna and Turkish bath were pleasant, but the pool water was cold, making the experience less than relaxing. When we arrived at 2:15 PM, we were told that the room would be ready at 2:30 PM. We were invited to sit outside and have a drink while we waited. We then ordered four spritzes, but the room wasn't delivered until around 3:15 PM, as it still needed cleaning. This was therefore about a half-hour delay compared to what was communicated. Considering the mix-up, it would have been fair for the hotel to at least offer the drinks, but instead we were charged for them. A gesture of courtesy in a situation like this would certainly have made a big difference. In short, the only real strong point is the location and the view. Otherwise, there are several critical issues that need to be addressed, especially in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service.

27/03/2026: Terrible experience, the only splendid thing was the view. After purchasing the gift package, I found myself paying for massages that had already been paid for, lunches and food from other guests that I had to have refunded, supplements on the menu (which is illegal by law), even the water that the waiter (Nico) said on the first night was free, the bottle of wine that was in the package, if I didn't ask for it they would never have given it. Dirty rooms, unkempt gardens due to a lack of staff, aquamarine tablecloths with aberrant stains. I strongly advise against it; I suppose a banal 3-star hotel in Bellaria would be better.

17/09/2025: An extraordinary pastry shop in Brescia. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the gigantic maritozzo with pistachios I had for breakfast because it was so beautiful and a unique taste experience. If you want a superlative breakfast, go here. You'll remember it forever. 30 with honors 👍😃

23/10/2025: The food is mediocre, nothing special, but not bad either. It's a mix of a bistro and a restaurant. I highly recommend the restaurant for a quick bite to eat. But the view is unmissable. The ambiance (outside) is lovely. The waitress who served us was nice, polite, and professional.

15/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at Restaurant Essentia. The cuisine is excellent, refined, and sophisticated. The service is perfect, and the setting is calm and relaxing, surrounded by greenery and with a slight view of Lake Garda.
