08/08/2026: The frozen food was poor, the toilets were unclean, and there were roach corpses on the floor and near the tables in front of the toilets.

29/07/2026: Terrible experience. Three pizzas, all three charred. I had the first pizza exchanged, and the second arrived worse than the first. Which means there's a fundamental disregard for quality and service. I remember that burnt pizzas are carcinogenic, and at the cashier, when I politely mentioned what had happened, they told me I could have told them and had them exchanged again. Given that I shouldn't be the one to say things, and that pizzas like this shouldn't be served, I'd also like to reiterate that the waiters were rude and gave me dirty looks when I asked for an exchange.

04/01/2026: My husband and I went for breakfast. After 15 minutes, the coffee still hadn't arrived, so we got up and left.

12/10/2025: As soon as we entered, the waitress listed the few dishes available. We ordered casoncelli and a main course with polenta, potatoes, and ribs. The casoncelli were excellent, the polenta hard and flavorless. The surprise was the price of the main course: €25. Advice: You should inform your customers of the price of the dishes you offer. Even if it were plentiful, I honestly wouldn't have ordered it. For pork and some potatoes, no way.

15/08/2025: I confess that we went there by chance, it was starting to get late and we weren't expecting much because the location was a bit out of the way, instead we had a very good dinner: ordinary but good dishes, exceptional casoncelli, very hospitable owner and waitress, more than reasonable price.

12/05/2026: A little gem in the middle of the mountains... we stumbled upon it by chance, received a warm welcome, and the meal was exceptional. Starter, main course, dessert, water, and coffee for €16 per person: unbeatable! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, thank you for this wonderful experience 🙏🏼

03/05/2026: On the national highway, we stopped at this bar-restaurant to eat something, but since it was 2.35pm there was nothing left available, not even a toast, so everything else is quite relative.

06/04/2026: I stayed at this hotel on the night between Easter and Easter Monday with fairly high expectations, especially given the beauty of the property, which is certainly charming and offers a delightful view. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience was disappointing. The property appears dated and, in my opinion, never truly renovated. We encountered several issues in the room: non-functioning electrical outlets, an unusable refrigerator, and, most seriously, the bathroom was not clean (the toilet was dirty). Furthermore, the shower was completely missing shower gel and shampoo, a difficult omission for a hotel. The spa also left mixed feelings: the sauna and Turkish bath were pleasant, but the pool water was cold, making the experience less than relaxing. When we arrived at 2:15 PM, we were told that the room would be ready at 2:30 PM. We were invited to sit outside and have a drink while we waited. We then ordered four spritzes, but the room wasn't delivered until around 3:15 PM, as it still needed cleaning. This was therefore about a half-hour delay compared to what was communicated. Considering the mix-up, it would have been fair for the hotel to at least offer the drinks, but instead we were charged for them. A gesture of courtesy in a situation like this would certainly have made a big difference. In short, the only real strong point is the location and the view. Otherwise, there are several critical issues that need to be addressed, especially in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service.

27/03/2026: Terrible experience, the only splendid thing was the view. After purchasing the gift package, I found myself paying for massages that had already been paid for, lunches and food from other guests that I had to have refunded, supplements on the menu (which is illegal by law), even the water that the waiter (Nico) said on the first night was free, the bottle of wine that was in the package, if I didn't ask for it they would never have given it. Dirty rooms, unkempt gardens due to a lack of staff, aquamarine tablecloths with aberrant stains. I strongly advise against it; I suppose a banal 3-star hotel in Bellaria would be better.

10/07/2026: I ordered stuffed focaccia (cooked ham and mozzarella), and the pizza base arrived cold with two pieces of ham... Inedible!!!!! Not recommended

05/04/2026: Ordered on Glovo, very fast, available, and excellent value. The sandwich was slightly smaller than usual, but for the price, it's okay.

13/07/2026: I've always eaten on-site, but this time, between one thing and another, I had to order it (€22 + various service fees). It arrived promptly, but it wasn't the usual fare—practically raw. It's a shame, considering the price and especially the potential.

08/06/2026: The pizza at Birbes is very special. I understand those who say it's raw or tastes like yeast, because that's exactly what it is! But the taste is ultimately good! I always recommend trying it, even at the risk of being disappointed or falling in love with this pizza by the slice.

15/12/2025: Memories of my youth, when on Saturday afternoons we'd stroll along the Corso and then savor the exquisite goodness of the bakery on Via Cavour. A must-try for pizza by the slice, both in the past and now. Today, it's a regular date with my little girl, who's happy to be taken aback. A couple of slices each to settle our midweek dinner 😋😋😋

24/11/2025: The famous pizza slice came to €2.80. Smaller and greasier. Almost raw. Get it.

07/08/2026: We were looking for a quiet but lovely spot near the Rialto Bridge. The service was quick, very friendly, and attentive. Our drinks arrived promptly, complete with ice cubes and chips. Everything was excellent. We'd gladly come again. Best regards.

16/06/2026: Unfortunately, the review isn't positive. We sat at our assigned table for 30 minutes without a waiter coming to take our order. They didn't bring drinks or anything to eat, like bread or breadsticks, to entertain us. After repeatedly urging the waitresses, one of them showed up, thinking we'd already ordered! We asked for two entrees and she told us that due to kitchen issues, pasta wasn't on the menu, only pizza and fried food! So why did you give us the menu without informing us and make us wait so long?! In the end, we left without eating. A bad experience. I hope they improve their management and organization. We can't rate the food because we left.

12/05/2026: The platform leading to the disabled area was blocked by tables, which shouldn't be there, I had to lift my brother up onto the step to let him in.

22/08/2026: Delicious food, reasonable bill, grumpy, bordering on rude, owner, let someone else handle the customers. No children's dishes, good news for the restaurant; sometimes parents have them.

18/08/2026: Unfriendly staff and a bored, arrogant owner. The restaurant is completely empty, yet you're not served and have to wait a long time, even though you're standing right at the counter. No greeting, no sound. This restaurant is not recommended.

10/06/2026: A classy dinner; the restaurant is overall satisfactory. The pizza crust is burnt, and the tiramisu is a bit solid. The service is fast and professional, and the atmosphere is clean and bright.
