26/07/2026: The panini was 7€ and absolutely not worth it. Threw half of it away. The place was quite dirty inside aswell. I‘d recommend going somewhere else.

10/04/2026: I understand the expense, I understand the location, etc., but €7 for a white wine with Campari (nothing exciting) is excessive. I didn't even see anything to eat, either. At that price, I expected at least half a chicken. Hehehehe. I'll never go back.

25/07/2026: Average doesn't quite do it justice. A chicken salad for €15 without any seasoning—just a bowl of unmixed ingredients. The pasta with ragu was also unseasoned. I guess it's standard practice that you have to season everything yourself—and that would be fine, but not at these prices. The pizza was the most reasonable, although it was a bit hard and uncut, so the child couldn't manage it on his own. The waitress who finished her cigarette, sat down two tables away, and watched us eat was the killer. I'm not giving a one-time price because we ate everything, so it wasn't too bad—but we went back to the apartment for coffee... But if you're not starving, you'll find something tastier or better priced in town.

28/07/2026: The coffee is good, and so is the ice cream. The service is so-so; you generally have to ask for the bill several times, and they'll send you from one place to another. The beach bar has a lot of people who come to smoke, so it's not a good choice for non-smokers.

04/04/2026: Gorgeous is an understatement. I went to Faita because I'd heard about the excellent cuisine. Right on the ski slopes, the staff were welcoming and professional. The food was truly excellent and high-quality. The prices were in line with the experience.

21/06/2026: I've read and personally observed different yet equally courteous treatment of customers. But from just a few staff members, we shouldn't tar everyone with the same brush. Professionals who do their best and those who "work" just to bring home a paycheck, often in roles unsuitable for their character, are unfortunately found in virtually every workplace. Identifying staff with weaknesses and encouraging them to focus on themselves first is a significant qualitative leap for any business, especially one with such inherent potential as this one, such as its strategic location and the variety of its offerings.

07/06/2026: These guys are incredibly rude, I let it go and didn't respond. They act like they're giving you free stuff, they dictate their own rules... never again! Like a 30-minute wait, but you have to get a drink right away. I have the sausages, but I can't heat up the bread for you because we're closing in half an hour, and so on. Enrico.

02/06/2026: I ordered a plate of meat and potatoes...inedible meat. Tall and fatty. You couldn't even cut it. It's a shame because the flavor itself was good. They were very kind and remade it for me, still serving two pieces. One as pictured, the other identical to the one sent back. The fact that it was a chaotic day doesn't excuse it. The cashier and staff were friendly. They weren't to blame. First and last time. Also, we ate on paper tablecloths soiled from previous meals.

01/07/2026: New trick to lose a customer: a €3 cone, but you can only get one flavor... but you'll make me two scoops... if you want two flavors, you have to get the €4 one. Why? It's okay to try to raise the average price, but then they won't come back.

20/04/2025: I'd been to this place under the previous management, and it wasn't bad. I decided to try the new management for Easter lunch, and the experience was terrible. Everything was seriously lacking, from the terrible service (interminable waits, except for one table that apparently had inexplicably preferential service) to the shameful food quality. It was as if the new management had just moved into the kitchen the day before yesterday. The place is still old and poorly maintained. Absolutely avoid.

18/07/2026: Terrible experience. If it were possible, I'd give it 0 stars. The food was truly disgusting, and the pizzas we ordered were inedible: low-quality ingredients, terrible flavor, and decidedly disappointing preparation. It was one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. To make matters worse, while we were still eating, the staff started clearing all the other tables and creating a huge circle around us. We felt extremely uncomfortable, as if they were rushing us or completely ignoring us. To top it off, they also poured water with a very unpleasant-smelling detergent while we were still sitting at the table. The smell was so strong that it completely put us off eating. A truly negative experience in every way. I strongly advise against it and will never return. If I could, I'd give it 0 stars.

06/07/2026: The good news first: the service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the good points end. The carbonara was practically tasteless, and the portion was quite small. The steak, while a large portion and cooked medium as requested, was of below-average quality (very fatty) and somewhat tough overall. The portion size was the only positive aspect of the dish. Of all the dishes, the Pinsa Italia was by far the best. It seemed unseasoned, but the spices were provided in small paper sachets. According to my companion, the toilet is a hole in the floor, the kind I've only ever heard my grandmother tell me about. Now for the details, starting with the carbonara, because it breaks my heart a little, as carbonara is one of my favorite dishes. A carbonara should contain egg yolks, black pepper, guanciale, pecorino, and a little pasta water. This should create a smooth, creamy sauce... or at least it should. The egg was curdled, probably because it got too hot; the fat emulsion had broken down and formed lumps; the guanciale, if that's what it was, wasn't rendered until crispy; and there was absolutely no trace of pecorino. The taste was bland, the texture awful. I cannot and will not recommend this place to anyone. We paid €131 for four people, and it was absolutely not worth it for the quality. Edit: We had a total of six drinks: one water, one Coke Zero, and four shandies. The shandies were €6 per bottle. The other two also each had their own dishes. The carbonara was €12, and for what I received, that was €12 too much.
