27/08/2025: I ordered an egg, cheese, and speck. The plate was small, and the speck was nonexistent, as was the cheese. As per the photo in the review, I didn't even get bread. The wait time for a fried egg? Over 25 minutes. Other tables were served first, even though they arrived later. I should point out that there were only four of us. I'm sorry, but it was a terrible experience. The prices, finally, were too high for the quantities served... at least on the dish I ordered! It was a small one.

02/09/2025: We were wandering around the area, and given it was lunchtime, we spotted the place because of its limited parking space and the crowds, so we stopped in without a second thought. The atmosphere was quaint and homey, so we asked for a table, and the kindness of the owner, Elide Doris, welcomed us. The lady serving us brought us the menu: casoncelli bresciani and bigoli with duck ragù. The aroma of fresh ingredients was delicious, a well-presented dish. We found the carne salada (a specialty we'd discovered in Trentino) and the venison morsels. The atmosphere is retro, but we like simple things; it takes us back to a time when everything was different.

28/08/2025: I often stop by when I'm in the area. Even though the place is a bit dated, there's a simple atmosphere, which is what I like. The menu is simple and really well cooked. Water in a glass, good wine, coffee, first course, second course, and side dish are only €11. But whoever writes bad reviews? Stay home and eat!

22/04/2025: Personale gentile ma….. prezzo alto per la qualità dei prodotti (coperto 3 euro, acqua da 75 4 euro,caffè 2 euro, pizze dai 12 ai 15). Pizza salata e stopposa. Secondo me è un ottimo ristorante per turisti, ma per noi italiani decisamente no. Mi dispiace perché tempo fa si mangiava meglio.

19/04/2025: Prenotato con the fork 3 settimane prima di Pasquetta. Due giorni prima chiamo per confermare e mi dicono che non sono in grado di gestire la prenotazione a causa del meteo instabile. Significa che il posto dentro è garantito a chi non prenota con the fork? Il disagio è altissimo a due giorni per 11 persone e la qualità dell’esperienza di un ristorante parte dalla prenotazione, non dal momento in cui siedi a tavola. Il PROPRIETARIO predilige le prenotazioni non da the fork, ma non si preoccupa di rifiutarle per cui lascia in sospeso con annessa sorpresina per l’ex potenziale cliente. Sottolineo che non c’era nessuno sconto sulla prenotazione, ho utilizzato the fork solo per evitare lo sbatti di fare una chiamata. SCONSIGLIO IL RISTORANTE SENZA NEMMENO AVERLO PROVATO PER LA PRIMA VOLTA IN VITA MIA

22/07/2025: Sono stato ospite di questo ristorante su suggerimento di amici. La struttura gode di una posizione privilegiata, situata nel centro storico di Sirmione e affacciata sul suggestivo scenario del lago di Garda, offrendo così un contesto ambientale di grande fascino. Il servizio si è rivelato nel complesso cortese e sufficientemente attento, seppur privo di elementi distintivi. Per quanto concerne l’offerta gastronomica, essa appare orientata prevalentemente a un target turistico. La mia compagna ha gustato un piatto di chitarrine con gamberi e pistacchio, risultato equilibrato e piacevole. Personalmente ho optato per il primo del giorno a base di cozze e pesto: una proposta non sgradevole, ma priva di particolare carattere, probabilmente penalizzata dall’utilizzo di pasta precotta, elemento comprensibile in contesti ad alto flusso ma comunque poco valorizzante. La nota più negativa della serata è stata il dessert. Invogliato dall’aspetto dei dolci esposti nel frigorifero, ho ordinato una panna cotta ai frutti di bosco. Purtroppo, quella servita al tavolo non corrispondeva affatto all’aspetto del dolce esposto: era evidentemente non fresca e presentava persino tracce di muffa su uno dei frutti. Ciò che più mi ha deluso, tuttavia, è stata la mancanza di attenzione nella gestione della segnalazione: né un gesto di cortesia né una semplice scusa da parte del personale. Il dolce è stato semplicemente sostituito con uno più fresco.Un comportamento più premuroso avrebbe senz’altro contribuito a ridimensionare l’accaduto. A titolo costruttivo, invito la direzione a prestare maggiore cura alla qualità dell’offerta e alla gestione del cliente, affinché l’eccellenza della location sia rispecchiata da un’esperienza all’altezza delle aspettative.

I sent back (never happened to me in my life) the sliced ​​steak, which smelled stale even though it was covered in herbs. The replacement cutlet certainly smelled stale. My friend's pasta was inedible. We were horrified, all of this, and the price was definitely not for a kiosk, even though old products shouldn't even be offered, let alone charged for them. One star because I can't give any less.

24/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale in occasione del Cervellone. Abbiamo ordinato da bere e solo successivamente ci è stato comunicato che era prevista una consumazione obbligatoria di 10€ a persona. Nessun problema, anche se nelle volte precedenti questa regola non era mai stata applicata. Il vero problema si è presentato al momento del conto: pensavamo che i 10€ coprissero l’intera serata, ma in realtà si riferivano solo alla prima consumazione. Tutto ciò che si ordinava dopo veniva conteggiato a parte. Per esempio, io ho preso semplicemente una Coca-Cola e un tè, e mi sono ritrovata a pagare oltre 15€, uguale i miei amici senza che nessuno superasse i 10€ di ordinazioni. Peccato, perché l’esperienza in sé era piacevole, ma con questa gestione poco chiara dei costi di certo non torneremo.

04/09/2025: The food was very good. The restaurant had a modern feel. The traditional food was very well prepared. The waiter remained completely professional, which is lacking in most Italian restaurants, as you know... The whole thing deserves five stars. They're trying, and it shows.

27/08/2025: The Visit in this Restaurant was very nice. I had a Bruscetta and Spaghetti with garlicoil and chili. The Food was delicious. The Service are friendly and peacefull. I think the prices for Food, Ambiente and Service are fair.

26/04/2025: Cenare alla locanda degli angeli ti fa riscoprire i sapori di un tempo. Siamo stati accolti dall signora Patrizia che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. I ravioli allo stracotto superlativi, gnocchi di ricotta un'esperienza sensoriale. E per finire i dessert, tutti fatti in casa. Se amate il crème caramel dovete provarlo. Tarte tatin alle pere e che ve lo dico a fare.
