31/07/2026: The piadina is huge, but for such a large size, there's not much toppings. The place has no amenities, and I think they should be installed to create a comfortable atmosphere. There's also no air conditioning, which isn't good in the summer. Very kind and helpful staff.

18/07/2026: Extremely slow: I waited 30 minutes for a piadina, and I was alone in the place. Terrible. Don't go. Places like this should close down permanently.

15/08/2026: We had a white wine and a rosé with water. Both wines were of good quality and absolutely delicious. My boyfriend also had a Gambero e Burrata pizza and I had a hamburger; both were excellent and left nothing to be desired. Afterwards, we shared a tiramisu, which I highly recommend. The ambiance with its direct view of the lake is simply beautiful. The waiter was always friendly as well.

15/07/2026: I came here with my family because we needed something to eat relatively quickly. The menu is clear and concise, just what you'd expect from a bar. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty. I can recommend the pia dini with arugula and ham; it's perfectly appropriate for the location. The drink prices were also perfectly reasonable in my opinion, and we received very friendly service. The server was attentive to our family and understood that we were in a bit of a pinch, as our children needed something to eat. The owner and the server were incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating. Everything was served quickly. I especially appreciate that a non-alcoholic aperitivo costs only four euros and an Aperol Spritz six euros—extremely good value. They also have the typical Fanter wine on tap. At lunchtime, you should only stop by if you're also ordering food. Perfect

10/06/2026: The fua gra was gentle inside but burnt to unpleasant tast on the sides and what it was accompanied with - polenta- did not match in taste. The carciofi were quite heavy. The meat was hard. The vine was very good and the service was not nice. But you still go to the restaurant for food.

06/06/2026: Thanks to the owner and the staff, a dinner for 13 people, some of whom chose pizza (which everyone said was exceptional) and others the cold dishes, which were also delicious! But above all, thanks, because it was a dinner tailored to our needs and with very little time, which the staff accommodated and managed exceptionally well!! 1000% recommended, go and see for yourself!

20/08/2025: Giulio, the host, is incredible. His knowledge of Italian wines and gastronomy is unique! We enjoyed a Leonardo Da Vinci platter (a mix of cheese and cured meats) and two glasses of wine, a delicious white and a truly exceptional red! We added some side dishes (Apulian asparagus and Sicilian artichokes) at Giulio's suggestion, and thank you so much! They were delicious! This is a place for anyone who wants to learn more about our gastronomy, our Italian products, and especially for anyone who knows how to recognize a food enthusiast like Giulio! Thank you so much!

18/08/2025: We visited this osteria, and unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to our expectations. The food quality is decent, but the prices are significantly above average for what's on offer. One truly unpleasant incident involved the burrata: it was brought to our table without us having ordered it, making it seem like a courtesy. In the end, however, we found an extra €10 added to the bill—an attitude I find unfair, if not downright absurd. The same thing happened with the platter: some culatello was added on purpose, and we found ourselves with a €5 surcharge. The wine service was even worse: we weren't given any choice; it was served directly by the manager without showing us a menu or alternatives, and in the end, we found ourselves paying €24 for three glasses of wine. In the end, the bill came to €91 for a platter, a first course, and three glasses of wine. Honestly, an outrageous price for what was offered. These attitudes convey a lack of transparency to the customer and ruin the overall experience, regardless of the quality of the food. A restaurant that adopts such practices risks seriously losing credibility: without more honesty and clarity about prices and offers, it doesn't deserve the trust of its customers.

09/06/2026: Extremely noisy hotel due to the ventilation ducts. Requested a room change. The front desk says it's completely full (I highly doubt it). Terrible experience.

27/05/2026: The room was spacious and the bathroom comfortable and well-located across from the central station, which was exactly what we needed. One issue with the cleaning was that the trash was left in the bathroom bin, and when we asked for a couple of clean towels that evening, they weren't replaced. A lack of attention to detail in the service.

20/08/2026: The welcome was average, the staff wasn't too cheerful for my taste, but they were friendly and knowledgeable. The food was very good and well-served. The atmosphere was very, very nice.

22/03/2026: The pizza is excellent, the menu is a bit limited. Prices are high, in my opinion. A negative: when I got home, my clothes were still smelling of frying. The signage outside is sparse; if you don't know where it is, you won't notice it when you walk by.

03/03/2026: WARNING: CHILDREN NOT WELCOME! I've been to this restaurant several times and, unfortunately, I've often turned a blind eye to various poor service without ever complaining. Now I won't do so again. I've had several occasions where they've forgotten ingredients on pizzas, where it's impossible to make any changes—not even the slightest—and where I've had to wait interminably long lines. On one occasion, I was served a different pizza than the one I ordered. I decided to eat it anyway without having it remade as they suggested, but when it came time for the bill, I was charged the full amount down to the last cent, with no regard for the mistake. The most unpleasant incident, however, occurred during my last visit. After an hour of waiting for dessert, my 2-year-old son asked if he could get up and walk toward the entrance without disturbing anyone. At that point, the waitress abruptly reprimanded us, saying, "The child must sit at the table." We replied that if dessert arrived in a reasonable amount of time, we would have finished and left. The attitude was harsh and unsympathetic, clearly giving the impression that the presence of children was not at all welcome. The prices are high; while the pizza is good, it doesn't justify the expense, much less the inattentive and unfriendly service. I will never return.

23/10/2025: The food is mediocre, nothing special, but not bad either. It's a mix of a bistro and a restaurant. I highly recommend the restaurant for a quick bite to eat. But the view is unmissable. The ambiance (outside) is lovely. The waitress who served us was nice, polite, and professional.

15/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at Restaurant Essentia. The cuisine is excellent, refined, and sophisticated. The service is perfect, and the setting is calm and relaxing, surrounded by greenery and with a slight view of Lake Garda.

23/12/2025: I've been going there forever, the staff is fantastic and the menu is varied, I wish it were a little more air conditioned.

13/12/2025: Excellent for work lunches, quick, economical and of good quality.
