22/02/2026: We first visited this traditional restaurant for lunch seven years ago, and it still amazes us. Every time we pass through Edolo, our first stop is La Corte di Bacco. We visited on February 19th for lunch and ordered the platter of local cured meats and cheeses. Delicious. I recommend trying the sauces to pair with the cheeses as you like. We skipped the first course and dived right into the second course. Sliced venison accompanied by mixed vegetables and baked potatoes. A delight. To finish, I recommend ordering the buckwheat dessert. Superb. Thanks to the staff and owners for their warm welcome. Rating 11.

20/02/2026: Passing through Sirmione, we looked online for a place outside the center. We liked the name, the photos, and the encouraging reviews, so we went there, which turned out to be intimate, cozy, and with great customer service. We loved the artichoke and potato tart on a bed of local cheeses. We'll definitely be returning to this place.

08/04/2026: A little gem nestled in the picturesque setting of Villa di Gargnano. A wonderful, peaceful location directly on the lakefront, overlooking the colorful houses overlooking the harbor.
Excellent, attentive, and fast service. Refined cuisine, excellent quality ingredients, and flavorful, balanced, and beautiful dishes! Kudos to Mirko and the entire staff! I'll be back.
21/12/2025: We visited in October, as the restaurant is also open during the off-season. The location is beautiful, right on the water, and it has a very romantic atmosphere when you sit outside in the evening. The service was good and the staff very friendly! There is a wide selection of different dishes, especially many vegetarian options. The food was very good! The prices are excellent for the quality. Great! :)

08/03/2026: I chose this inn by chance and with great surprise. I booked by phone, asking if they accepted dogs and camper parking. It's a quaint place with a very respectable menu with that little something extra to satisfy every palate. Excellent, carefully prepared menus with daily or set menu options. A wide selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts, all served by extremely kind staff (10+), and a quaint and always welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, we'll be back.

19/04/2026: Very cozy and energetic place. The bread was fresh and olive oil was 1st class. The fettuccine Mediterranea was excellent. Fresh and cooked to perfection. The salmon was also excellent with perfection on temperature and taste.
19/04/2026: Wow!! This place was amazing!! I found it on Google, and decided to check it out. When I got there it was so many people waiting. I always love when I see that because it's a sign of reslly good food and service. I wanted up to the hostess and was greeted warmly by a guy named Sidy. He found a spot for me right away at the bar where I was able to have my dinner. They were seating people right away, and being very attentive to every customer. I was truly impressed by this place. Food was excellent!! I can't wait to return. :)

Pablo is a wonderful person: kind, friendly, helpful, and incredibly personable.
He immediately put us at ease, and after giving us the menu, he also suggested some house specialties, which we promptly treasured.
Superb quality and fresh food.
Everything was wonderfully perfect.
For anyone in the area who wants good food at a fair price, I absolutely recommend a visit to Pablo.
P.S. Definitely try the homemade cheesecake. You'll be blown away by the deliciousness.
