11/08/2025: I loved this place, which I hadn't heard of, in the heart of the historic Carmine district. A last-minute reservation for two people for dinner on a hot August Monday. Three of us showed up, and the staff (who proved to be knowledgeable and helpful) immediately set to work, making us feel at ease in no time! The dinner featured dishes that I found excellent: traditional dishes, but you can also find something different and more sophisticated. The wine was absolutely appreciated. In my opinion, they were also excellent for the prices, which I often find disproportionate in other downtown locations (personal opinion).

06/08/2025: A very nice restaurant. It doesn't have a lake view, but it offers a relaxing, quiet atmosphere, away from the noise and away from the road. The food is okay, but nothing exceptional: the menu offers a good variety of meat and fish. The house wine was pleasant.

The owner is a wonderful hostess and knows her job. The menu is truly special, and it's hard to recommend one or the other. Highly recommended.

06/08/2025: Absolutely the best pizza of our trip! Wood fired oven, delicious fresh pizza, plenty of choices! And super affordable as well - 9,5€ for a premium pizza! If you go - and you should! Please pickup an amazing tiramisu afterwards as well :) If you want to sit outside which looked super cozy I’d recommend reserving. Thanks for the best meal here in Italy!🇮🇹

02/08/2025: Pizzeria öffnet um 18 Uhr. Wir waren um kurz nach 18 Uhr da und viele Tische waren schon besetzt. Wurden von netten Kellnern empfangen. Pizzas waren super. Der Teig ein Gedicht und satt belegt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Kommen auf jeden Fall vor der Abreise in die Heimat noch einmal hin

23/07/2025: Wonderful place, true Italian Trattoria. Big family-owned place, with super friendly service! Greetings to Raya )) Simple and delicious, honest Italian food! A place which gets you back to childhood! Cave of joy and happiness! 86 Eur for 3 adults and 1 kid, including everything (pasta, rabbit, fish, dessert, coffee, apero and digestive) It is a pity I did not try homemade limoncello (driver). Thumbs up! Will be back, thank you for such a nice experience

30/07/2025: I haven't been back to this piadineria in a while, but back when I often visited Brescia in the evenings, it was a regular stop. It was nice to return and find the same quality as always: the piadina is truly delicious, well-filled, and made with quality ingredients. This time I had a piadina with bresaola, arugula, and parmesan. My only small complaint is the placement of the parmesan: it was all concentrated in the center, so by the time you're halfway through the piadina, you can almost taste only the cheese. It would be better to distribute it more evenly across the entire surface for a more balanced result. Aside from this detail, I can confirm what I remembered: friendliness, friendliness, and cleanliness are the hallmarks. The owner is extremely kind, and the atmosphere remains pleasant and welcoming. This piadineria is always worth a visit.

14/08/2025: A simple place, with typical features and highly appreciable local dishes. A bit noisy, as the large dining room accommodates several tables, but it's still appropriate for the setting. Good wine and reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back.

12/08/2025: Fabus is always a sure thing! The only difficult thing here is choosing between the various traditional dishes on the extensive menu. The first courses are delicious, and the desserts deserve a special mention at the end of the meal. The service is always quick, so everyone can eat, and courteous. Two dining rooms (one for dogs 🐾) are always 🔝 good!! See you soon ✔️

14/08/2025: The restaurant has a rustic style, made welcoming by thoughtful and pleasant decor. The furnishings are in keeping with the atmosphere, although the chairs are uncomfortable and unsuitable for a long lunch. The dining room is generally quiet, with very little background noise. The only real downside is the communication between waiters and managers, which often occurs in loud voices from one room to another: a detail that disturbs the peace. The staff would be welcome to pay more attention to maintaining a quiet atmosphere, especially since customers already contribute to the atmosphere. Regarding the food, we sampled several dishes. The meat was the real star: excellent quality, tender and delicate, although unfortunately the cooking wasn't as good as requested (requested rare, but arrived well done). A shame, because the ingredients were excellent. Furthermore, serving it on a hot plate would help maintain its temperature longer. The first courses, however, weren't as convincing. The dessert was good, but not particularly original or unique. The bill, finally, was slightly higher than expected in terms of overall quality and service.

17/08/2025: I go there every year and have never been disappointed. Absolutely delicious authentic food according to the region. Service absolutely friendly and accommodating. Price performance in line with the quality standard is top. I would be happy to come back at any time.
