08/02/2026: We were there after the evening theater, so not very early. It was 10:00 PM. We hadn't booked because I wasn't sure if it was a good time to make a reservation. In fact, the online time isn't an option, but since it's close to the theater, they'll make a reservation if you call. They were very kind, and managed to find us a table. Excellent ingredients, good dishes, but you'd expect better given the prices. The service was truly very friendly. We'll be back to try the pizzas.

08/02/2026: I think this is the best pizza (gluten free) I ever had and not only that they take care that you still can get GF antipasti and everything else that is not contaminated for uou. The lovely owner is amazing, and the beauty of this place is in the atmosphere too. 100% recommend it to anyone in town.

08/04/2026: The location is very beautiful with lots of greenery, in the summer there is also a swimming pool and it is ideal for ceremonies but also for a lunch or a simple dinner, the food is excellent as well as the price, I recommend it.

13/04/2026: We visited this restaurant based on its myriad of positive reviews and the fact that it was listed in the Michelin Guide. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. A restaurant with Michelin-starred prices, and with the air of trying to be a Michelin-starred restaurant at all costs, yet the food is like any other restaurant with significantly lower prices. The raw fish was reworked inconsistently, with too many different flavors, and in our opinion, the raw ingredients weren't showcased properly. The little poster explaining the aquarium tasting (the raw fish) is a failure of style; we either pretend to be pretentious or we fall into such banalities. Let's move on to the first courses: the risotto was good, the tagliolini with sea urchins was nonsense—burrata and sea urchins? It tasted like glue and wasn't at all pleasant in the mouth. It definitely has potential; I'd do more research, especially because at this price, you're not expecting burrata but a real experience, which in our case was mediocre. Perhaps the most shocking thing was having to pay €5 for 1 coffee after having spent €112 per person.

27/11/2025: Excellent experience with the "Menu Cibo di Mezzo" initiative. A beautiful and magical location that takes you back in time. The atmosphere is refined and the staff are knowledgeable. The menu is definitely interesting; I felt like a child again as I savored some of the flavors. Highly recommended.

14/03/2026: A truly disappointing experience. We arrived with our baby in a stroller and, instead of being greeted normally like any other customer, we were placed at a table outside the main dining room, practically in a corner between the entrance door, the fish refrigerator, and the coat check. An uncomfortable, cold, and undignified place to eat, which made us feel distinctly left out just because we had a baby in a stroller. In 2026, it's unacceptable for a family to be treated this way. A restaurant should welcome all customers with respect, not relegate them to a corner as if they were a problem. An experience that unfortunately doesn't make us want to return. Perhaps it would be helpful to remember that a child isn't a nuisance, but simply another customer. PS: I chose to give two stars only because I want this review to be read and seen by as many people as possible. If it were based on the experience I had, the score would have been zero.

03/03/2026: I'm sharing this review for those of us who, like us, chose to organize a business dinner as a social gathering outside of work, but found ourselves having to manage different dietary requirements. We booked several weeks in advance, immediately notifying them that there would be a vegan and a vegetarian at the table. We were assured there would be no problems. Unfortunately, once we arrived at the restaurant, the person in charge of welcoming us seemed clearly struggling to offer suitable alternatives. The result was that one person dined on a simple plate of pasta with tomato sauce and a pumpkin cream soup. Considering that, with a bottle of budget-friendly wine, we spent around €70 each, we would have expected more attention and care, especially after having communicated our needs in advance. The staff was friendly, and we understand that vegan cuisine isn't the restaurant's focus. However, there was a certain superficiality in the handling of our request, both in terms of the variety of options and in relation to the overall cost of the evening.

04/04/2026: We stopped there before reaching the beach, and I have to say it was worth it. We took advantage of the brunch option, and I have to say the savory bruschetta was delicious, as was the brioche. The ginseng wasn't as good—one of the worst I've ever had—but the staff was friendly and helpful, even with any additional requests we made!

23/03/2026: This is the second year in a row that, by chance, I find myself in the Brescia area on my birthday and decide to dine, this time with my partner, at Porteri. We couldn't have made a better decision: a warm welcome, a traditional menu revisited with a twist, excellent ingredients, and simple, delicious dishes, from the welcome entrees to dessert, including the bread. Excellent wine selection and attentive, kind, and friendly service. What can I say? See you next time!
