06/11/2025: Located on the slopes of Mount Maddalena, five minutes from the center of Brescia. Parking is a bit inconvenient, as it's uphill, but the location is worth it. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the location is lovely and well-maintained. I shared a platter of cured meats with another person; they were fresh and good quality, along with a small selection of sandwiches and flavored breadsticks to accompany everything. For my first course, I ordered casoncelli alla bresciana, made with homemade pasta (photo attached), which were delicious and, above all, fresh. I paired everything with a glass of house wine. Highly recommended, and reasonably priced.

26/09/2025: For a business dinner, I was delighted to change restaurants this evening. The dishes were sophisticated and carefully crafted. The flavors amazed me. I had a crispy egg, cacio e pepe caramels, and a sorbet with Calamansi citrus. I made a great impression! Thanks to the super professional staff who explained the dishes so well.

11/12/2025: When people say "there aren't places like the ones we used to eat anymore," it's simply because you've never been to Antico Sole. Simple, yet very good, traditional food, young, courteous, and fast service, and, last but not least, moderate prices. It's hard to ask for more! The quality cold cuts are worth a mention, the first courses featuring salmi-style fillets, and the second courses, the Florentine steak, reigns supreme... truly divine! It's impossible not to return.

17/11/2025: I had a great time... I would have preferred to choose from more traditional dishes. The selection was very limited. The cevapcici were delicious. The meat in the goulash was excellent, but I remembered the sauce differently. I've had it several times in Hungary and Romania. The appetizer was excellent. And I finally tried kaymak for the first time 😋, which I'd only heard about on Turkish soap operas. I'll definitely be back 😊For a different lunch every now and then, I 100% recommend it.

31/10/2025: We had dinner for my wife's birthday with friends. We chose the lake menu (5 courses) with matching wines. A pleasant experience, thanks also to Maria Rosa, who expertly paired the wines with the dishes.

The ambiance is tranquil, tastefully decorated, and perfect for a lovely evening. We were particularly pleased with the thoughtful attention for my partner's birthday—a truly heartfelt gesture! Our little dog was also welcome, which we greatly appreciated. It couldn't have been better—highly recommended! 🍷🍽️🐾

The non-alcoholic drinks we tried were excellent, and the accompanying appetizers were not only high-quality but also plentiful. All this at a fair and affordable price. Recommended!

17/12/2025: We used to frequent this restaurant for dinner 10 years ago. The owner has since changed. The food is still very good. They used to always offer a complimentary grappa. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. We also didn't receive the discount we were promised for recommending Villa Selen yesterday, despite handing over their business card.

13/12/2025: Restaurant located along the gorge road. Unfortunately, there aren't many parking spaces, but fortunately we found a place to eat even without a reservation. The restaurant menu offers both seafood and mountain delicacies. Dishes are served quickly and very tasty. Service is generally quick. The restaurant is very traditional, decorated with meticulous attention to detail. Generous portions and reasonable prices!

27/11/2025: A lovely wine bar with a lovely kitchen. The warm and friendly atmosphere is palpable as soon as you enter. The place is charming and well-maintained, from the furnishings to the accessories (see the original wooden wine coolers, for example). The open kitchen offers a wide selection of wines and beverages, the menu is limited (but good, for the small portions) and well-executed, and the staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly.
