08/03/2025: As for the food, I express my opinion on the pizza. The classic was simply delicious, from the crunchy pastry to the filling, everything was very fresh! Then you find "the leavened", 36-hour leavened dough, wholemeal, multigrain or gluten-free, soft on the inside, crunchy on the bottom, with various choices of land, sea and vegetarian. The divine dessert, mascarpone and salted caramel cheesecake, with TOP peanuts, but there is a wide choice, including tiramisu tart, semifreddo, three chocolate marquise and much more. Very courteous staff, a really nice and quiet environment in my opinion, the fact of being able to book on Saturdays between the first and second shift is also useful for me to have an excellent service. I will definitely come back.

11/03/2025: Trattoria Verolese DOC! If you want to taste typical Brescian cuisine, you are in the right port! Fast, friendly and top food!! The fried cake, needless to say, is a must eat! I also recommend business lunches, with various dishes to choose from.

02/03/2025: Typical trattoria in the lower Brescia area, the fried gnocco and the really good, quality cured meats. Penne with salmì too sweet for my tastes. Very good cut.

23/02/2025: It was my favorite piadina shop, now with the change of management I must say that it is no longer the same... of the last three times I ordered, twice I had great disappointments and once everything was normal... tonight I wanted to give another possibility to see if everything was the same before... but nothing on 4 piadinas only one right... plus everything was very salty... total disappointment.... 😪😪

Il prezzo è adeguato alla proposta, il personale è veramente gentile (aspetto non scontato di questi tempi). Consigliato caldamente, torneremo di sicuro.

12/04/2025: Un’esperienza davvero memorabile. Abbiamo iniziato con due antipasti: un gambero delicatissimo e delle polpette di pesce di lago sorprendenti per gusto e originalità. A seguire, dei ravioli al nero di seppia e degli gnocchi con erbette di montagna, entrambi perfettamente equilibrati nei sapori e curati nella presentazione. Abbiamo accompagnato il pasto con uno Champagne Laurent-Perrier che si è rivelato un’ottima scelta, valorizzando ogni piatto. Il servizio è stato buoni: ragazzi giovani, professionali e pieni di entusiasmo che seguono alla lettera le istruzioni della maitre. Complimenti a tutta la brigata di cucina – il livello è davvero altissimo, merita sicuramente un altra visita. Il panorama è qualcosa di unico: anche dai tavoli non attaccati alla vetrata si gode di una vista mozzafiato a picco sul Lago d’Iseo. Ampio e comodo il parcheggio, altro punto a favore. Un posto dove torneremo sicuramente, perfetto per chi cerca qualità, accoglienza e bellezza in un’unica esperienza.
