11/03/2025: Trattoria Verolese DOC! If you want to taste typical Brescian cuisine, you are in the right port! Fast, friendly and top food!! The fried cake, needless to say, is a must eat! I also recommend business lunches, with various dishes to choose from.

02/03/2025: Typical trattoria in the lower Brescia area, the fried gnocco and the really good, quality cured meats. Penne with salmì too sweet for my tastes. Very good cut.

06/06/2025: A charming place that I have frequented for many years ... I go there when I am on vacation. To my sad surprise I found myself arguing to be able to order something at the table since now they give you a little square to scan with your phone so as not to bring you a list (in the past the lists were even 3). ... the waitress evidently annoyed did not bring the napkins to the table with the service ... a little bitter ... I will never set foot in there again.

02/06/2025: Our worst dinner in Garda lake. Absolute tourist trap with a pretentious of fine dining in reality pale dishes with double price tag. We had a pasta with cheese, where for 25eur you receive exactly 10 piece of pasta with sauce from supermarket and also lamb chops which was very boring cooked and meat was very smelly. The manager was rude and unfriendly.

Each dish is a symphony of taste, cared for in the smallest details, with excellent raw materials and presentations worthy of fine dining. An elegant but never cold atmosphere, refined and attentive service, a masterfully selected wine list. A place where I feel pampered every time. Gaudio is pure excellence.

24/06/2025: We ate. The quality of the food is good but too seasoned and some dishes are not very tasty. For a farmhouse, the dishes are too complicated and not very good.

Soft Italian music fills the room, creating the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable evening. The waiters not only impress with their attentive and warm manner, but also bring a wonderful lightness to their service with their typically Italian charm and temperament (without being intrusive). You immediately feel welcome – almost like visiting good friends in Italy, something I miss so much in the surrounding restaurants. It deserves many more stars!

30/04/2025: The portions are huge. Not everyone can eat a complete menu..! ..and I'm 120kg. Come on.. The people who left reviews with one star are the ones who go to the restaurant to divide a PLATE of pasta in two (..I call them starving..) and then complain..!! 🤦🤣🤣

05/06/2025: Truly an excellent experience in this small but high quality structure. Tastefully furnished rooms, clean and equipped with everything you need for a quality stay. Favorable location near Aprica but also Edolo and therefore Tonale. Quiet atmosphere and courteous and extremely helpful staff, with a special mention for the guys who take turns at the reception. Highly recommended
