30/11/2025: Today, November 30, 2025, I had lunch at Mario's. We ate 4 first courses, excellent in quantity but above all quality... 4 excellent second courses and excellent service, wine, water, coffee and liqueurs spent little more than a business lunch. Congratulations for everything, highly recommended!!!

21/10/2025: I celebrated my 50th wedding anniversary. Perfect dinner, magical setting. I've never attended a banquet and enjoyed such high-quality food. The cuisine at Portia Stone Estate was perfect, far exceeding my wildest expectations. The service was excellent, the rooms perfect. I hope to return, perhaps not for a planned event. I'd say Hospitality and Quality were "top-notch." Thank you so much for helping make my celebration unforgettable.

21/10/2025: We had a memorable visit to the winery, which crowned our entire trip to Rome. The food and wine were the best, and we were warmly welcomed. Our winery guide Giovanna took good care of us. The winery animals were also lovely: Zuffo the cat, and the dogs Whiskey and Brandy. We warmly recommend it to others. We thought that instead of hectic Rome, it would be worth staying in Frascati, which is a super beautiful and idyllic city half an hour away by train.

12/10/2025: We chose Colmetto to celebrate our son's Confirmation and First Communion. We had a wonderful time, both with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff and with the culinary selection. Riccardo amazed us with his dishes. High-quality ingredients transformed into an explosion of flavor for our palates. The meat was atomic, melting in our mouths. Thank you!

11/10/2025: Prices were too high, the sharing menu was almost obligatory, dishes were brought so quickly that they would have stuffed a turkey down the middle until dessert, then a long wait for coffee and the bill. The wait staff were professional but lacked enthusiasm and empathy. It's a shame because despite the excellent food and ingredients, I won't be returning, nor do I recommend it. A real shame.

10/11/2025: We were almost SPOILED by the owners and waiters, nothing to complain about. Excellent food and excellent wine. We spent a bit, but only because we consumed a lot (appetizer, main course, dessert, wine). So, the prices are very much in line with expectations.

19/10/2025: The place looked very nice, but unfortunately, as soon as we sat down, we found ourselves in a playground with screaming children, making conversation practically impossible. The food was average; it's true that taste is subjective, but traditional dishes should reflect the recipe; any variations must be described on the menu or by the wait staff. I ordered ribollita and was served a tasteless vegetable puree, while the other dishes were lacking in skill. Being an osteria, I wasn't expecting the mise en plein air of a Michelin-starred restaurant, but charging €2.50 for a cover charge with a paper placemat and wrapped cutlery like at a village festival is inappropriate. I wouldn't recommend it to those, like us, who are looking for a traditional, quiet place.

18/11/2025: Found it by chance while traveling through Valtellina, great music, well-made and carefully prepared dishes. Excellent quality, I will return every time I pass by here!

04/09/2025: The management recently changed, and they've raised the bar even further, and business lunches are particularly popular. Friendly, clean, and a refined atmosphere. Excellent food. All at reasonable prices. A must-try!

16/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance and were truly fortunate to find room for six. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The view was spectacular, with outdoor seating around their beautiful garden. The menu was very interesting. All dishes were presented in original, tasty dishes. The quality/price ratio was good. The attention to detail during checkout was truly appreciated (they reversed an overpayment I hadn't noticed; well done!).

30/09/2025: The view from the terrace was sensational, the service by the older lady was a disgrace, unfriendly and we waited 40 minutes for the main course, although the restaurant was full with 3 tables next to us

06/10/2025: World-class! We came here as a family for lunch. The restaurant is lovingly decorated, and you're treated that way, too. The server was extremely friendly and accommodating. The ossobuco was a dream. The dishes we ordered were excellent value for money, and we will definitely be back. The desserts are fantastic and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful lunch.

16/12/2025: We went here a few days ago and, I have to say, we had a great time: the welcome was warm (which is no longer a given), the service (despite the fact that everyone is young, they were attentive and professional, which is also not a given), the pizzas (well-topped), and the beers. I highly recommend it and will definitely return when we're in the area, especially since I'd like to try the fish dishes I've seen around, which definitely seem worth a visit.

18/10/2025: Wonderful refuge run by equally wonderful people. There's no other place with your pizzoccheri and tagliata. Truly superior quality!!!

15/11/2025: The fact that I could choose vermouth gave me hope that I'd be able to enjoy a good Negroni. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case: there was virtually no mixing, and the vermouth released the classic unpleasant notes that come from long-open and poorly stored drinks.
