18/06/2024: We spent an extremely nice time at the Ballavista Guesthouse. The host was extremely polite and helpful, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped, which contributed significantly to our relaxation. The location of the guesthouse is its undoubted advantage. Thanks to the convenient location, we had easy access to various tourist attractions and picturesque views, which made our vacation unforgettable. I highly recommend the Ballavista Guesthouse to everyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax. We are very pleased with our stay and will certainly come back here.

13/05/2024: If you look at the price, what you get here is completely okay. The staff can always be reached quickly via WhatsApp. Views are in both directions with lake views. Basic equipment and kitchen available including washing machine. Cleanliness is okay but not outstanding. Bakery and ATM not far away. Fridays are right down the street. There is one guaranteed parking space per apartment. 25 minutes. What we didn't like was the lack of possibility to store your bikes safely. Unfortunately, only the publicly accessible hallway was offered here. We always carried the bikes into the apartment. Whoever loves pushes.

02/06/2024: Very nice rustic place. Cozy atmosphere, the impression is of having dinner at a friends house. Very kind owner and staff. Excellently cooked food. If you decide to eat ravioli, choose the type and they prepare them for you just before cooking them. All local and quality products. A fabulous beef carpaccio. Giovanna the owner's tiramisu was delicate and delicious. Generous portions and reasonable price. Good quality Prosecco Franciacorta from the house. To make it a habit. Open Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons.

21/05/2024: Unique experience dishes, abundant, all super a joy for the eyes, even better for the palate. Unique place of its kind, a mill from the 1600s, still functioning, with flours made on the unique place.

22/06/2024: The bar is small but has some outdoor tables. View of Piazza Vittoria and the market square. Fast and courteous service.

30/03/2024: For years this very central bar has been managed particularly well by the same family, highly qualified, attentive people with a lot of service experience. The interior of the place is not large, but what makes it unique is the double entrance/exit overlooking the market square and the outdoor tables placed on both sides, especially those under the portico both in summer and in winter. The products served are of excellent quality, wines, pirli and various appetizers, and the prices are sincerely honest. Well done.

16/07/2024: Welcome to the table with the welcome entree. "I have a tart in the garden" is the name of the appetizer I got and it was something spectacular and nice, I attach photos. A sublime medium-cooked Brazil fillet that melts in your mouth accompanied by baked potatoes, all with a glass of primitivo. To finish, a Catalan cream with white chocolate and raspberry coulis accompanied by a fresh glass of recioto. In a word, spectacular. Thanks to Beppe and his staff

21/08/2024: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very very friendly, smiling and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and equipment for our babies was provided to us. The hotel has private parking and is located 15 minutes by car from Lake Iseo. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Only one reservation: there is no elevator. Great stay that we will repeat with our eyes closed!

04/08/2024: Fantastic location, very kind, welcoming and helpful staff. Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, modern and welcoming rooms with excellent cleanliness. The location is strategic, therefore optimal both for those who want to stay for a holiday and visit the neighboring tourist areas (such as the cellars of Franciacorta, Lake Iseo or Valcamonica), but also excellent for those who need accommodation for a few nights . A special thank you to Francesca, Lara & Lucia, who, with care and attention towards the customer, were able to make the stay unique and unforgettable. Very good!

15/08/2024: My expectations were exceeded. The hotel is visually a holiday for the eye, inviting house, breathtaking view of Lake Garda and a beautifully maintained garden. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. You can eat fantastically in the hotel, everything tastes delicious and the locals also came to eat here. I recommend making a reservation so you can get a table outside (with the great view). To swim we took the car, about 5 minutes to the water (we always went swimming at a nearby beach bar). The rooms were very clean. I definitely want to come back. If you get a room, be sure to book it straight away because the hotel is often fully booked. Our stay was a dream :-)

14/08/2024: Very cozy here, the view is great, you can see Lake Garda very clearly. Breakfast is also very good and everything is fresh. You can almost always find parking spaces and the service is very friendly. I strongly assume it's a nice family business.

26/11/2023: Eravamo in vacanza e abbiamo deciso di provare questo locale vicino alla nostra ubicazione. Abbiamo mangiato una ottima pizza tipo romana gigante per due servita su tagliere di legno tagliata a spicchi, poi abbiamo ordinato un piatto di spaghetti per due e ce l'hanno già diviso in cucina e per finire dolce della casa. Personale cortese e disponibile, servizio attento e veloce anche se il locale era pieno.

24/10/2023: The food is very good. Price-performance ratio is also good. The service is friendly. Dogs are welcome. A public parking lot is opposite.

23/08/2024: Great ambience, ice cream delicious, but the price is outrageous!!! Our spaghetti ice cream for one person today cost 11 euros plus 2.20 euros Coperto. We found that simply outrageous - in my opinion a tourist trap!
