09/08/2024: Pizzéria placée au bord du lac. Terrasse sympathique. Il y avait du monde donc on me demande d'attendre 1/2h et on prend mon nom pour réserver une table. Je reviens 1/2h plus tard et on me donne une table comme convenu: jusqu'ici tout allait bien. Je ne dinais qu'avec mon fils de 10 ans, je commence par commander les boissons puis les "pizze". Une pizza au jambon cuit (tranches coupées fines) pour mon fils et pour moi une pizza (probablement mal choisie) à la mozzarella-Scamorzza afumicata et saucisse (du coin bien sûr). Mon fils avons un peu attendu pour les boisssons mais NOUS AVONS SURTOUT 45 MINUTES NOS "PIZZE"! Les serveurs sont des gamins et gamines peu expérimentés qui avaient oublié ma commande. Ce n'est pas eux que je critique mais leur patronne peu avenante... La pizza de mon fils était bonne mais pas la mienne! Au final j'ai demandé "un geste commercial" (chose que je ne fais jamais d'habitude) sur le montant l'addition pour compenser l'attente mais je n'ai rien obtenu... De plus: obligation de payer en "cash" ce que je trouve "très limite" (pour éviter de payer l'IVA: la TVA chez nous). Bref, je ne retournerai jamais à Salo, mais ci c'est le cas je ne remangerai jamais dans cet "attrape-touriste"! PS: des italiens "locaux" qui mangeaient à la table voisine étaient aussi choqués par le traitement qui nous était réservé...

14/07/2024: Località:Via per Corvione, 24, 25010 Remedello-Sopra Buona location con spazio esterno. Pizze buone e con un'ampia varietà di scelta. Abbiamo cenato all'interno, senza il condizionatore si é sofferto il caldo. Peccato per il servizio che ha lasciato a desirare, le pizze sono arrivate dopo oltre  un'ora dall'ordine, coperto dal prezzo non indifferente (2.5 senza neanche dei grissini). Inoltre una pizza non é proprio arrivata, dopo segnalazione l'hanno rifatta con urgenza.  Puó succedere una serata no, ma in questi casi é gradito uno sconto sul conto  o almeno un caffé offerto.

02/09/2024: Ci sediamo e Sofia ci porta i menu ma alla richiesta di poterci consigliare lei, si illumina e ci consiglia al meglio sia per le portate sia per il vino. Passerei al commento sui piatti: Salumi misti buoni tutti Tartare di fassona di ottima qualità con quella spolverata di buccia di limone che la colpletava. Casoncelli molto buoni come anche i bigodini al ragout di pestum. La tagliata di manzo assomigliava un po' al rosbif 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Il filetto era di grande qualitá. Buona carta dei vini con la solita pecca, non c'è nemmeno un vino calabrese in lista e posso assicurare (sono del settore) che ci sono vini calabresi che non sfigurerebbero a confronto dei migliori della buona carta sopra detta. Che dire, siamo stati bene e torneremo sicuramente. Al giorno d'oggi è difficile vedere ragazzi appassionati al lavoro che svolgono. Complimenti.

01/09/2024: LOCATION 5 MENÙ 7 SERVIZIO 6 CONTO 6 Il locale all’interno non è piaciuto , un buon menu, buone le pietanze. Un consiglio, rivedere la cappa della cucina che aspira male. Infatti l’odore arrivava fino ai tavoli.

21/08/2024: The food is OK but very poor quality-price. Much too expensive: a tentacle for €24, decorated with mayonnaise?? Shrimp tempura: 4 shrimp with frozen fries and a non-housemade sweet and sour sauce. Dessert: ice cream good but 2 small curls in a hot bowl (7€) mixture too stuck... In short, very very disappointed. Positive point: a pleasant waitress.

21/08/2024: Very good dishes, pleasant and friendly service, but a lot of waiting, especially for a chocolate dessert (this should be specified on the menu).

02/07/2024: Excellent place with a view of the mountains, delicious and light food. We took two pizzas plus two really light and delicious desserts. The girls who served us were super kind and even gave us some biscuits at the end. Excellent price. I highly recommend.

09/08/2024: The service was a little lacking, there was no cutlery to serve yourself in the starters, they never changed the cutlery, it seemed more like a fixed menu. Food nothing special

05/08/2024: Ok so I’m not even sure where to start, the restaurant is beautiful and the staff are lovely. The wine recommendations were awesome… but the food! I had the fusilloni al ragú Di coniglio and it is honestly the best thing I have eaten in the last 10 years. I’m an Australian travelling in Europe and I am genuinely mourning the fact I will not be able to eat here again. I highly recommend booking in for a meal even if you’re just passing through!

21/07/2024: Unser Besuch im La Mingla war wirklich ein Erlebnis! Der Eigentümer macht alles selbst, vom Service, der Organisation, Weinempfehlung über die Aperitif Mischung bis natürlich hin zum Koch - alles aus einer Hand! Die Zutaten für die Speisen sind dabei direkt aus der Umgebung, was man wirklich schmeckt. Die Zubereitung ist dabei kreativ und einfallsreich! Daher unsere absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen wieder - vielen Dank!

Antonietta, Danilo and all the girls in the dining room create a familiar but serious and competent environment with seriousness, professionalism and kindness. Both the pizza and the dishes on the menu are always excellent and plentiful, as are the drinks and desserts prepared with care, skill and love. Now for us going to the “Victoria” is going home!!!!!!!!! Laura&Giampaolo
