Trattoria Vantini is always a guarantee. The staff is extremely kind and courteous, the food impeccable, high-quality, and prepared with care and attention. Among other highly appreciated features, we also tried the paella menu... what can I say, try it and believe it! Mouth-watering! Highly recommended!

22/05/2026: What a wonderful discovery, Il Girotondo in Passirano! Finding an authentic Sardinian restaurant in the heart of Franciacorta is already a wonderful surprise, but it's the cuisine that truly wins you over. The highlight here is undoubtedly the fish: incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. You can really taste the passion they put into it, both in the dishes and in the warm welcome, which makes you feel right at home. The prices are fair for the quality. I'll definitely be back, highly recommended!
