Truly a top-notch restaurant, with refined dishes and EXCELLENT quality ingredients. Recommended 💪

We had dinner for two. The tasting menu was very interesting. The atmosphere was elegant and the service impeccable, even from the two very professional young waiters. The initial amuse bouche was delicious. Menu: Starters: tuna tartare, scallops, then spaghetti with lemon cream and delicate shrimp, then sirloin, rabbit, and cod, very delicate yet flavorful. Dessert: white chocolate, mango, and lemon gel mousse. Coffee included: €80 each. A glass of sparkling wine each. I must say I was skeptical about the gourmet restaurant theme in Selvino. I immediately changed my mind and appreciated it. The dishes are beautifully plated, and the various ingredients pair perfectly, creating a unique interplay of textures and flavors. I WOULD SAY A SUPER SUPER EXPERIENCE. A very intimate and well-kept place, when choosing from the menu, we faced the first and only "problem" of choosing... one dish was better than the other, and in the end, the owner came to our aid by offering us the option of choosing four dishes for the whole table, so we could enjoy four dishes from the menu that had that little something extra... everything was very, very good, the service was 10+++, and the prices, I'd say, were in line with what was served. Thank you for this culinary experience that was far above average.

A great pizzeria where from the hearts of these people comes great passion and knowledge of how to have the right way to approach great dishes.
