22/08/2024: Io e la mia fidanzata, dopo aver camminato lungo le calde strade del centro di Bergamo, notiamo la Gelateria Carmen e decidiamo di entrare. Il giorno prima avevamo, infatti, provato il loro gelato nel negozio di Bergamo Alta e ne eravamo rimasti estremamente colpiti. Scegliamo un cono con due gusti: pistacchio al sale e nutella di Carmen. Che dire: uno più buono dell'altro! Il gelato è così cremoso e pieno di gusto che sembra di avere in bocca veri pistacchi e vere nocciole. Qualità eccezionale!

12/08/2024: Conn un amico ci siamo fermati alla gelateria Carmen di via Tiraboschi a Bergamo. Saranno state le 22. Abbiamo preso 2 gelati ( 3,50€ l’uno) al gusto ananas e limone. Gelato al palato pastoso e insapore. Due micro palline. Davvero pessime.

29/08/2024: Simply spectacular location, from up you can enjoy an impeccable view. The service is slow and forgetful, there are few of them and therefore they do what they can. The food was good but...a little heavy, the game ragout, deer if I'm not mistaken, was indigestible to me. The steak is a little too expensive compared to the competition in the area. I recommend a little more attention to detail even if being a farmhouse it could be fine like this.

03/09/2024: An ideal place to abandon any diet plans and spend a nice evening. Very good Bergamo hamburger, gigantic and at a ridiculous price, absolutely worth trying. Mixed platter of cold cuts and senseless cheeses that should be for 2 but can easily be eaten by 4/5 people. The first courses are also very good, the polenta in every way and the grilled meat. Small restaurant, I recommend booking especially in the evening. You can get there on foot since it is in a restricted traffic area. Free parking nearby. Friendly and approachable owner

14/07/2024: Ieri sera siamo arrivati facendo vedere la prenotazione x loro non pervenuta,eravamo 4persone x fare apericena, ci aspettavamo 2vassoi visto che eravamo in 4,e invece ne e arrivato uno di cui i prodotti erano pochi x 4 xsne dove qualcuno di noi nn ha assaggiato il tutto xke i prodotti erano pochi,la cameriera ci ha detto che pagando 10€ci veniva dato una novità in più ed erano dei bastoncini di pollo dove quelli erano 4 (almeno quelli),poi abbiamo deciso di prendere un tagliere x 4 x una ci fra di €25,e anche qui ci aspettavamo pietanza x 4..e invece un panino di 10gr tagliato in 4,2 grissini x gli affettati di cui 3 fette di ogni salume,idem x i formaggio le olive e i carciofi due di numero.Per non parlare degli alcolici erano pieni di ghiaccio e di conseguenza tutta acqua.La serata di ieri ci e' costata 70 compresi due caffè..direi tantissimo x quello che abbiamo mangiato!non ci vedrete mai più...nn lo consiglio per nulla!

12/08/2024: After reading the good reviews of this restaurant we went in and they have a menu with a fixed price. We sat down and the person who seemed to be the owner gave us the paper menu and right under our noses he crossed out the menu that contained pizza, giving us a choice of other things that perhaps people don't like or don't feel like eating. He brought us another letter again and seemed insistent that we order the food. After seeing that there was no pizza, we got up from the table and left. They ask us why and we tell them that if they don't have pizza we'll leave. They have told us that if we are tourists we have to pay whatever they want to eat in their restaurant.

12/08/2024: A site of 10. We had dinner yesterday, as a family, 3 children. Delicious food, delicious pizza and exquisite pasta!!!! Exceptional treatment. If we return to Bergamo, which is also beautiful, we will return without hesitation.a

04/08/2024: Modern tavern. Mediocre business lunch. Sweet tomato pasta as if they had added sugar to the sauce. Seafood salad with very little sea. Homemade Giardiniera with little vinegar and it had a strange flavour. Good coffee and price.

24/08/2024: Very kind owner, varied and tasty products. Very refreshing bubble tea. Our dog was well accepted and was even given something to drink. If we return to Bergamo, we will stop again!

26/08/2024: Very particular hotel, with works of art scattered around the reception, hall, restaurant and outdoor spaces (absolutely unsuitable for children, each piece is worth at least €500 and if by chance something collides, if you are lucky enough not to get hurt, VE THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT!!!) so if you want to go to Leolandia avoid this hotel!! this is the case of my husband who, in order not to collide with people standing at the reception while he was loading his luggage, grazed a very light and unsafe cardboard pedestal, but certainly of artistic effect, with a bottle of prosecco worth €45 placed on it, which is when it fell, it didn't break but the cap cracked slightly, letting out some gas... well, instead of taking the opportunity to serve it as a welcome when the next guests arrived, we were made to pay for it... it's useless to declare the false saying that there was no good faith on our part and that it was dropped and left on the ground on purpose pretending nothing had happened, we were all there and the lady at the reception immediately did her best to pick it up to ascertain the damage immediately as we were with our luggage in our hands... we asked several times to speak on the phone to the manager who however only gave instructions to the receptionists to make us pay and give us the bottle that we were forced to pay for and buy, then say that the bottle is there packaged and delivered to be tasted later seems like a joke to me... no drama was made as your employees probably reported to you, or as perhaps it is more convenient to say to justify such a fool... it's a shame that the director wasn't present to ascertain the situation... let's not ignore the video that my husband had to take of the unsafe pedestal because his employee kept saying that the bottle was safe while the base on which it rested continued to swing just by touching it... and let's not ignore the issue either "quiet of the other guests who we would have harmed" by making our more than necessary complaints, also because the guests waiting at the reception were there to complain in turn... let's say that there are several things wrong with this hotel... in addition to this strategy commercial although questionable, I would like to remind you to be very careful about all the extras if you book directly at the facility, it is true that they are written in the hotel regulations, but it is quite unusual to find 4 star hotels that do not include breakfast in the price... in fact breakfast it is extra (€15 per person for adults and €7 per child, for 2 breakfasts for 2 adults plus a 3 year old child we paid €74 in addition to the overnight stay) it is not the sunbeds that cost €10 per sunbed per day, but just entering the pool will cost you that amount because we didn't use them (except to have an aperitif for 6 people but that wasn't enough) we were also charged for those.... Furthermore, small children cannot enter the pool if they do not have a pool diaper, a question of hygiene and respect for others, I was told, but hair in other people's mouths without swimming caps is fine... I was wrong not to read the many negative reviews that underline how hospitality, cleanliness, courtesy and correctness are not your strong point... we agree on one thing, our needs, accustomed to much higher standards, are not in line with yours mediocre hotel...a real disappointment in all respects...not recommended

25/08/2024: I rarely post negative reviews, but in this case I can't refrain. The commercial expedients of these gentlemen, to profit at the expense of customers, are truly low level. It is not a hotel but a museum with works of art scattered in every corner, even where they should not be, dangerous and easily destructible... Place totally unsuitable for children, rooms exclusively carpeted and also dirty.
