Fast service without compromising quality. Pizza is also available for celiacs, and if I say "it tasted like a real pizza," you'll know what I mean. Highly recommended!

Rifugio Parafulmine

31/05/2026: The refuge is located at the end of the Parafulmine walk, which can be reached from Monte Farno after about a 90-minute walk. They do not accept BBQs, but traditional dishes and a refreshment point are available.
10/05/2026: Oh dear, heaven on earth, with good food. Kindly warned that dogs were not allowed inside. Fair prices.

19/04/2026: A tavern-like atmosphere, but with many elements that immediately make you understand that you're in a place with a lot of personality. The cured meat appetizers with vegetable accompaniments were excellent. The main courses were all appreciated by the diners, with portions that were even too generous. A special mention goes to the quality of the mushrooms, which was sensational. As for the wine pairing, you'll be amazed; it's worth it. Stefano went looking for bottles you'd never have thought of (and the pairing worked). If you really have to find something "negative," there was a hint of freshness.
11/04/2026: Exceptional place! I'd give it 6 stars. The waiter was very knowledgeable, and the traditional dishes were excellent. I'll definitely be back!
