A tavern-like atmosphere, but with many elements that immediately make you understand that you're in a place with a lot of personality. The cured meat appetizers with vegetable accompaniments were excellent. The main courses were all appreciated by the diners, with portions that were even too generous. A special mention goes to the quality of the mushrooms, which was sensational. As for the wine pairing, you'll be amazed; it's worth it. Stefano went looking for bottles you'd never have thought of (and the pairing worked). If you really have to find something "negative," there was a hint of freshness.

Exceptional place! I'd give it 6 stars. The waiter was very knowledgeable, and the traditional dishes were excellent. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent in every way: food, service, location, attention to detail, and attention to detail. We were more than satisfied. The prices are fair for the quality of the food and service. Definitely worth it. We'll be back, highly recommended!

I'd heard great things about this place, both for the food and the wine list, so we decided to go after a tasting in Franciacorta. We ordered a bit of everything: the onion soup, the cured meat and cheese platter, and especially the meat. We took their advice and, from memory, chose the Danish. The appetizers were all good, nothing to write home about, but everything was good. The meat was more than good, objectively. It didn't seem like a kilo, so we asked, and the owner confirmed it was 800g. Okay, let's move on. We got to the dessert, which I wasn't entirely convinced by; their ice cream was decidedly too heavy. But so far, flavors aside, nothing to complain about. We paid the bill and noticed they'd listed 1kg of meat instead of 800g. We pointed this out to the owner (who had previously told us the actual weight), who immediately corrected the bill. I wouldn't dare say it was done on purpose, but you have to be more careful about these things because they influence your opinion of a place. I'll finish with the wine list: in terms of bottles, quality and quantity, but in terms of glasses, the selection is limited and expensive.
