I've only tried the tigelle, all the different types they offer. And I have to say, they're simply spectacular. Delicious, perfect for those who want something hearty but quick. The staff is polite and quick. Recommended!

I had a great time at Dispensa Emilia and highly recommend it, especially for the quality of the fresh pasta, which is truly excellent. The waiters were friendly and helpful (a special shout-out to the waiter from Romagna who jokingly explained to me that Emilians and Romagnoli "hate each other"). The service is quite fast. I put "fast" in quotation marks only because we had a slightly longer wait for dessert, but that was probably due to it being close to closing time. We had ordered a dessert with strawberries, and they had to prepare them on the spot, meaning they had to be cut and arranged, but it wasn't excessive. The food overall is really good, and the fresh pasta is definitely the restaurant's strong point. The only slightly inconvenient thing is the dessert ordering system: you have to go back to the cashier or the kiosks instead of asking the waiter directly. In theory, you can also do it via the app, but obviously not everyone has it installed. (P.S. Definitely try the strawberries and mascarpone!!)

Good value for money, and the staff is very friendly. Service is fast, perfect for a lunch break inside the mall.
