Since 2020, Ribelle e Rascasse has been a constant, a trusted name, a place where I knew I would always find quality—in the service, the offerings, and the atmosphere. Roberto and Ruggero have always maintained an excellent level of hospitality, displaying great warmth and always making guests feel welcome. They have allowed everyone to enjoy a refined and sophisticated cocktail, an excellent and never predictable beer, a tasty parmigiana, a niche wine, a Fernet from another era. They have helped with the choice of any course, suggesting perfect alternatives that I would never have thought to consider, all supported by a great waitstaff, suited to the elegant setting yet never excluding anyone.
These have been six exceptional years, and we can only wish them the best for the bold future the owners have decided to pursue.

With a heavy heart, we bid farewell to the Ribelle and Rascesse experiences we've enjoyed so far, and with hearts full of anticipation, we welcome the new ventures that will surely embrace us with the same love that Roberto and Ruggero have for this work, which has been evident over the years.

I frequent this place quite regularly, for an aperitif or a post-dinner drink, and I have nothing but praise for the three young people who run it, as well as the other waitresses. The place opened during the pandemic and is located in an internal courtyard on a pedestrian street in the center of Treviglio. A plaque and a small projector were recently added to indicate the entrance, very elegant and refined, like the overall style of the concept behind this business, starting with the two Rs that symbolize the place (which are also found on the beautiful glasses and glasses of various types used in the service).
Weather permitting, you can sit at the tables in the courtyard (we were even offered blankets, should it get too chilly). Otherwise, inside, there are various types of tables and chairs, varying in style and approach, but all very pleasant. The bright yet intimate lighting, the refined and delicately subdued music selection (even outside), and finally, the indescribably warm welcome from the owners are the most inviting welcome you could hope for in a public venue.
Then comes the quality of the product offered; as mentioned, I limited myself to sampling only a small portion of their rich and ever-changing selection; the craft beers on tap change regularly, and there are never any dull or predictable products; the selection of bottled beers and wines is extremely wide, and you can get advice and guidance in choosing; the cocktails deserve a separate chapter, since in addition to the great classics (the list is truly extensive, and their Spritz is made with Select, a real bonus!), they have recently created a selection of original cocktails revisited by the bartender, which have thus far been an added bonus. With the aperitif, they offer highly sophisticated and ambitious delicacies, usually consisting of a bowl of crispy pastries or similar, a small bowl of mixed salad or a small spoonful, and a small plate with three specialty bites of meat, vegetables, pasta, etc. It's not easy to summarize and simplify the description of what's on offer, because there's a certain flair, imagination, and unexpectedness that always pleasantly surprises and makes it impossible to label.
The cuisine seems to offer equally high and sophisticated quality, judging by appearance alone, and it's very inviting, so I plan to try it as soon as possible.
Best wishes for success to these brave young men, even if there doesn't seem to be any need, given the high turnout every day of the week.

Passing through Treviglio, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant, attracted by the excellent reviews.
I can only confirm them: excellent wine list from small producers, tasty and beautifully presented dishes, and a refined and pleasant atmosphere. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable. I also tried their own gin. Recommended!
