09/07/2025: At Vivilo, you'll experience an unforgettable culinary experience. The dinner was simply exquisite, with dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients and impeccably presented. The service was excellent, attentive to our every need, always discreet and with a smile. The atmosphere is unique, dining in front of a view of the wonderful Franciacorta vineyards, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere.
It was also my birthday, and they surprised me by placing a candle on the cake—a small but meaningful gesture.
It was truly a dinner we will never forget.

23/08/2025: Excellent restaurant serving traditional dishes and showcasing local producers. We had two starters: bigoli with quinto quarto sauce (amazing!!) and foiade with hare ragù, both truly delicious. Since we're from Mangiare, we also tried suckling pig in hay and sliced venison. I haven't eaten so well in a really long time. The place is cute and welcoming, and the service is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!
17/08/2025: I want to give the 5 stars first and foremost to the owner, who explained in detail and expertly where all his ingredients come from. The first courses were all excellent; my bigoli, besides being exceptionally flavorful, were cooked to a high standard, but my friends' zucchini mezzelune were also very good. As for the second courses, my rabbit with a flavorful sauce was very good, as was the grilled local cheese. Perhaps the only small flaw was the donkey fillet, which we wanted a little more rare. The desserts were also all good. Highly recommended.

09/08/2025: I tried this restaurant while passing through Tuscany and was very pleasantly surprised. The waitress was very accommodating and took the time to translate the menu into English for us. The food was authentically delicious Italian and, at around €15 for a portion of pasta, a meat dish, and a salad, it was really good value. After the meal, we were offered an espresso, which was also very good. The atmosphere was very cozy and familiar, and you could tell that the restaurant is truly local and homely. All in all, it's definitely worth a visit. :)

21/07/2025: A truly wonderful little place nestled in the Oltrepo hills, offering an exceptional view. We were greeted with such warmth by the owner, Mr. Pino, the soul of the place. The dishes were truly exceptional, with attention to every detail. I'm a vegetarian, and they prepared a delicious appetizer for me. The ravioli with Castelmagno cheese and truffle were also delicious. A restaurant I absolutely recommend!

04/08/2025: Eating at Tagliere is an experience I recommend to everyone. The food is excellent, and the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff is truly extraordinary. They take care of everything. I have celiac disease, and they always take my intolerance into consideration. I always feel at ease when I go there, and that's not a given at all. Going to Tagliere is always a must when we go to the mountains. Try it and believe it! Rating 11/10 😊
