First of all, you need to know before arriving that you need the right amount of time to enjoy the experience An experience not only for the palate but also for the other senses and for the presentation of the dishes and of his majesty, the asparagus. In fact, the entire menu is based on asparagus, a true local specialty. Obviously the atmosphere is that of a trattoria but it is very pleasant to spend the evening there.

Ale e Valentina sono sempre pronti ad accoglierti e darti il benvenuto; la domenica sera è allietata anche dalla presenza di Sara che è un uragano di sorrisi. Ancora una volta questa pinsa ci ha stupito , croccante e molto fragrante la base poi è condita con ottimi prodotti di una materia prima di ottima qualità. Si vede quando c è ricerca e innovazione. Ottimi anche i dolci fatti in casa.

09/03/2025: A beautiful discovery! Yesterday we ate pizza, I had a vegetarian XL with added stracciatella and a dessert with chiacchiere, white chocolate, raspberries and Nutella. Everything was excellent, friendly staff and a refined environment. I will definitely come back to try the meat restaurant upstairs 💙 Kudos to both the chefs and the girl who served us! Super recommended!

23/03/2025: The first sensation you get when entering Brughiera is… familiarity. Even if it’s your first time. A renovated farmhouse that knows how to maintain comfort and elegance to spend a pleasant evening in a relaxed and extremely professional environment. The basis of the cuisine offered is the Lombard tradition, not to be confused with a banal and predictable proposal. On the contrary: the chef loves to amaze with some successful gambles. An example: risotto alla Milanese, luganega ragù and n'duja, caciocavallo Silano, smoked ricotta and bergamot. We tried the “patanegra” tasting menu. One dish better than the other. Pappa al pomodoro and patanegra, burrata, taggiasca olives and basil caviar: wow. Then chitarra cacio e pepe, patanegra bacon, artichokes, veal stock and crispy bacon: an explosion of flavors. And as a second course, in my opinion, the best: patanegra pork cheek, fried polenta, giarratana onion and black garlic ketchup. Vanilla ice cream, patanegra powder and rosemary oil to close a super promoted menu. Well done.

16/12/2024: It was the first time but I hope for a series because I had a great time, few times have I eaten so well and found meaning in the individual dishes and in the entire journey. I would like to give a separate note of importance to the scallop and lemon curd, then the tarte tatin from the small patisserie was truly special.
