27/02/2025: Very friendly place and nice service, clean room and great shower pressure. The breakfast and coffee were tasty, and the owner was polite and helpful. Close to the funicular station, which unfortunately was closed during my stay, but there was replacement transport. I recommend it 💞🧚‍♀️

24/03/2025: I'll start by saying that I haven't been there, nor will I ever go there at this point, I don't appreciate being made fun of. I go to the website to check availability so I can possibly have lunch there next Sunday, alone. I notice that there is a table for 2, for 1 there is only the "waiting list" option. I call to ask for clarification on this, I am told that since it is a small restaurant there is only one table available for one person per service, and that evidently this had already been assigned. Gentlemen, did you expect me not to go and check? From now until the end of May there is no service for which selecting the "1 person" option gives an option other than being placed on the waiting list. NOT ONE, not for lunch, not for dinner, on any day! Now, I have no basis to argue about your skill, but you are neither Noma, nor the late El Bulli, nor Disfrutar nor Osteria Francescana, so either you are the favorite Italian restaurant for singles or it seems just a little unbelievable to me. I think I lean toward the second option. So, please, if you want to pursue a certain policy, that is your more than legitimate choice, but be honest and transparent and don't take people for stupid.

21/03/2025: After a few years, I returned to Casa Leali. A beautiful evening. Impeccable service down to the smallest details. Excellent flavors combined with great wisdom. We chose the tasting menu with Casa Leali classics: everything was excellent, but a special mention for the rabbit with butter and sage... touching. Not just a dinner, but an experience. Congratulations to these young but already so talented guys!

Very welcoming place, excellent food with every type of meat, but also with Valtellina specialties (enjoyed excellent and abundant sciatt with salad) and excellent local wine. 24/03/2025: We had dinner here in this restaurant, the quality of the food was really good, the staff were friendly and the location was great. Pizzoccheri were really good, the meat was delicious and the sciatt were delicious. The only advice was that the meat tartare was excellent quality but a little too covered in condiments, for the rest I highly recommend it!

16/12/2024: It was the first time but I hope for a series because I had a great time, few times have I eaten so well and found meaning in the individual dishes and in the entire journey. I would like to give a separate note of importance to the scallop and lemon curd, then the tarte tatin from the small patisserie was truly special.

But the real strength of this place is the people you will find running it! A night out to celebrate Valentine's Day and a birthday, and this group of splendid people and good professionals made it easy for us by making it all an unforgettable experience, accommodating all my special requests for the anniversaries (bottle and delicacies upon arrival in the room, table in the restaurant for dinner, petals on the bed) and surprising us with their availability and small gestures, which make the difference such as birthday wishes in the morning and a small cake with a candle attached, inserted in the breakfast tray on their initiative without that had been requested. I thank you and recommend everyone a short stay in this inn which makes Monte Isola even more special. Thank you

31/01/2025: I'm definitely biased, because now I can say that I feel at HOME every time I'm here. But I still want to tell the truth and pause for a moment, the quality and attention to detail is no small feat. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing, and the service is impeccable. The staff are extremely friendly, always attentive but never intrusive. Also attentive to any customer request or need. Each dish is an explosion of fresh and well-balanced flavours, demonstrating a true passion for cooking. You can see that each ingredient is carefully chosen, and the preparation is done with great attention and passion. It is really RARE to find a place that manages to combine quality, courtesy and a good atmosphere so perfectly. As for their tongs, the base is light and crunchy, it is a real delight: it never weighs down and has a rich but delicate flavour, thanks to the long leavening and the choice of high quality flours. Each bite is a perfect combination of soft texture in the center and crunchiness at the edges. Definitely an option to consider for those looking for a lighter and tastier version of the usual pizza. And another positive note (personally tested) the dough does not cause large glycemic changes like a pizza. The top quality and 0 km ingredients. The fried foods (tasted all) are one better than the other and you are spoiled for choice. Each piece, whether croquette, supplì, arancino or mozzarella in carrozza, is perfectly golden and crunchy, without being at all greasy. The breading is light and crunchy, but at the same time it never covers the flavor of the very fresh ingredients. And finally the desserts which are all excellent, but the tiramisu remains in my heart. I know that every time I want to bring my friends here I feel at home and believe me that's no small thing.
