16/03/2026: I stopped by for lunch, drawn by the positive reviews. Without a reservation, they found me a seat, treated me with great courtesy, and the food... Truly delicious and high-quality! The goose cured meats were mouth-watering, but the risotto and ravioli were also spectacular. A gem of a restaurant!

16/03/2026: A restaurant not to be missed. Lots of Slow Food-certified dishes. The rabbit is magnificent. The goose salami is delicious, with a sauce and caramelized onions that will blow your mind. Interesting wine selection, I'd love to try again. Super efficient.

10/04/2026: Osteria del Tempo Perso - Ronco Briantino: Where Time Stands Still (Thankfully) Ronco Briantino. A name that means nothing to those who live on highways and haste. Yet here, in this corner of Brianza where Silvio Berlusconi has chosen to build his empire and his villas, there's an osteria worthy of a secular pilgrimage. It's called Osteria del Tempo Perso. Small, bright, welcoming. No frills, no Instagram bait. Just substance. The staff is kind, courteous, with that perfect measure of discreet presence that only those with a proven track record possess. They don't harass you, they don't disappear. They're there when needed. I start with the Valcalepio and goat's cheese risotto. And here everything is clear. The risotto is superb—that's the only word I can use. Perfectly creamy without being heavy, the wine permeating every grain and the goat cheese providing that elegant, acidic note that balances everything. This isn't just any risotto. It's risotto. The one worth leaving Milan for and getting lost in the streets of Brianza. Second course: Milanese-style breaded scorpionfish with purée. Scorpionfish, a noble and under-exploited fish, treated with the respect it deserves. Crispy, golden breading encloses delicate, fragrant white flesh. The purée is enveloping, unpretentious but masterfully executed. I pair it with a glass of French Crémant. Elegant, fresh bubbles that cleanse the palate and complement without overpowering. The bread and breadsticks are excellent. The wine list is extensive and thoughtful, capable of satisfying both those seeking a fine bottle and those simply wanting a good glass. There's also a small outdoor space for mild days. Osteria del Tempo Perso is that place you return to, time and time again. Not out of surprise, but out of certainty. Because you know you'll find passion, professionalism, and that rare alchemy of flavor and hospitality that makes a meal a memorable experience. 28/03/2026: Nice, it has neither the atmosphere of a pub nor a tavern, maybe the sofas at the entrance and the slightly too bright lighting don't create any atmosphere. Writings on the walls that denounce teetotalers are very nice! The burger was with bacon... the meatball was a bit salty, compressed, spicy... not classic minced meat, and that's it, which is what a real burger is. The cut was really small and low, let's say a small steak, for a price of 22 euros, really disproportionate.

18/04/2026: We had a truly wonderful meal; I highly recommend their homemade pasta, which is exceptional, as well as their amazing desserts. The Milanese apple cake took me back to my childhood! The service was impeccable, the staff were kind and professional. The place is welcoming and well-kept down to the smallest details. I recommend it for a Sunday lunch with friends or family or for a romantic dinner.

30/03/2026: The restaurant is very popular, so reservations are highly recommended if you don't want to dine al fresco. The Priore's appetizer is excellent, including the best coppa I've ever eaten. The fettuccine with wild boar ragù is also delicious, although a bit overcooked. The cover charge is €3 per person, and the waiters are very kind and attentive. Highly recommended, they also offer special menus for events and holidays.

02/03/2026: I had the opportunity to have lunch at a mountain restaurant in the Brembana Valley, and I must say it was pure heaven! The dishes were simply delicious, made with fresh ingredients and carefully prepared. The service was impeccable, with welcoming staff ready to accommodate every request. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, perfect for a day in the mountains. Definitely one of the best mountain restaurants I've ever had.

18/03/2026: An Italian restaurant surrounded by top-notch Chinese cuisine, a lovely location, a friendly owner who's extremely knowledgeable about the wines and dishes he serves, and dishes prepared with love and high-quality ingredients. Tuna tartare with a sautéed rice base and puntarelle (a 10-ounce dish), octopus on a cream of fava beans with 'nduja and a hint of anchovy, all simply worth trying, and a truly impressive wine cellar. We drank only white wines, moving from Friuli to Sicily without a hitch. Prices were more than normal for Milan, but the food was truly top-notch.

17/03/2026: I think I'm going to dream about this place! We ordered the risotto Milanese with ossobuco and the beef with potatoes and mushrooms; everything was delicious and arrived super fast. The Aperol Spritzes are huge and the tiramisu is incredible. The service is warm and welcoming, and the place is exactly what anyone would imagine a typical Italian restaurant to be. I plan to come back every time I'm in Milan 😍
