A very intimate venue, frequented primarily by couples. Few tables and a very attentive waitress. The menu is small but suitable for all tastes. The wine list is definitely the highlight. The bill is appropriate for the setting.

Osteria del Tempo Perso - Ronco Briantino: Where Time Stands Still (Thankfully) Ronco Briantino. A name that means nothing to those who live on highways and haste. Yet here, in this corner of Brianza where Silvio Berlusconi has chosen to build his empire and his villas, there's an osteria worthy of a secular pilgrimage. It's called Osteria del Tempo Perso. Small, bright, welcoming. No frills, no Instagram bait. Just substance. The staff is kind, courteous, with that perfect measure of discreet presence that only those with a proven track record possess. They don't harass you, they don't disappear. They're there when needed. I start with the Valcalepio and goat's cheese risotto. And here everything is clear. The risotto is superb—that's the only word I can use. Perfectly creamy without being heavy, the wine permeating every grain and the goat cheese providing that elegant, acidic note that balances everything. This isn't just any risotto. It's risotto. The one worth leaving Milan for and getting lost in the streets of Brianza. Second course: Milanese-style breaded scorpionfish with purée. Scorpionfish, a noble and under-exploited fish, treated with the respect it deserves. Crispy, golden breading encloses delicate, fragrant white flesh. The purée is enveloping, unpretentious but masterfully executed. I pair it with a glass of French Crémant. Elegant, fresh bubbles that cleanse the palate and complement without overpowering. The bread and breadsticks are excellent. The wine list is extensive and thoughtful, capable of satisfying both those seeking a fine bottle and those simply wanting a good glass. There's also a small outdoor space for mild days. Osteria del Tempo Perso is that place you return to, time and time again. Not out of surprise, but out of certainty. Because you know you'll find passion, professionalism, and that rare alchemy of flavor and hospitality that makes a meal a memorable experience. As Marco Bragato writes in Sfidati: "True luxury isn't in excess, but in attention to detail. It's in the unsolicited gesture, in the discreet presence, in the time someone dedicates to making you feel good."

Excellent experience! Very friendly service, fine and creative cuisine with a little twist or surprise with every dish. A must if you visit the area.

Gastronomia Botanica del Pioppotremulo

21/05/2026: I've been wanting to try it for a long time, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Pioppotremulo Gastronomia Botanica isn't just a place where you can eat, but a farm that offers an extraordinary culinary experience. I ate divinely in a truly stunning covered garden, an oasis of peace and calm. The plant-based cuisine is meticulously crafted: there's incredible attention to the fullness of the dish, the harmony of flavors, and the variety of textures in a single bite. The staff (especially Aurora) is fantastic, incredibly kind, and incredibly attentive to each customer's needs. I leave feeling deeply satisfied. A well-deserved five stars; I'll definitely be back!
05/04/2026: My experience at Pioppo Tremulo was decidedly positive. It's a place where you can enjoy a truly unique aperitivo/aperitivo dinner, with original pairings and new flavors. You can clearly sense the research and attention behind every dish. Special mention goes to the vegetarian gyoza: simply amazing. My only comment, which doesn't affect the overall rating, concerns the children's bill. We ordered five "baby" pasta dishes (two plain and three with tomato sauce) for a total of €70, or €14 each. Considering the small portions and very simple dishes, the price seemed unreasonable. I would have found a significantly lower price (under €10) more appropriate, especially for families with multiple children, where this item significantly impacts the total. I hope this comment is interpreted constructively: it's a place I'd happily return to, but with three children, the bill risks quickly rising.

14/06/2026: There's nothing to say, but there's everything to tell... If you're looking for refinement, this isn't the place for you; here you're at home, you feel at home, and they make you feel at home... It's a place that, from the moment you enter, feels like receiving a hug. You'll smell the scents of the garden and the kitchen, hear the soft chatter and chirping of the birds. You're warmly welcomed like an "old friend." There were four of us, plus a four-year-old girl who was able to relax (obviously with respect for the place, the diners, and the workers). The mixed platter was already on an aircraft carrier, given its size: light, flavorful, and tasty parmigiana. We could have already been full. The tigelle and homemade pizzas were amazing! And now what, personally, left me speechless... Sea bass tortelli, seafood chitarrine, and spaghetti with clams... Dishes in which Chef Vincenzo exudes love and passion for his work! It's not just a "simple first course," it's an experience. These are flavors I'd long forgotten, and they brought back memories long forgotten... Finally, last but not least (because we "loved each other"), we had a mixed fry... A load of mixed fry! What do you expect from a fried dish? Rings and shrimp, no? And here comes the best part. This is truly mixed! This is the mixed fry you used to eat at grandma's house in the countryside! Crispy, golden, super fresh... From baby squid to sea bass, shrimp, prawns, and cuttlefish... Wow! We left bursting... Unfortunately, I didn't get to eat dessert, but, if that's the case, it would have satisfied me as much as everything else! What can I say... I can't help but come back. Thank you Vincenzo, thank you Giovanni... I send you a hug as if I were at home!
03/05/2026: I had the opportunity to try Civico Brugherio yesterday for an aperitivo with a group of 10. They were super welcoming, and their platters of cured meats, cheeses, and mini pizzas were perfect and delicious. Well done, it was a pleasure. See you next time. 😉🙌
