A wonderful discovery for vegetarian food lovers. The dishes are delicious, with a real focus on flavor and well-thought-out combinations. There's also a good selection, making it easy to vary your meals. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the place is truly charming. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. An address I highly recommend.

Beautiful, well-kept location, with a good number of seats, well-spaced, and excellent table settings. The menu doesn't offer a wide selection. I wasn't convinced by all the dishes. The quality is excellent, but some dishes lacked flavor and were a bit bland. The wait staff was extremely friendly, and the service was impeccable and fast. The prices were a bit high.

There were four of us and we had a four-course dinner. Overall, we had a good time. The atmosphere was minimalist, not cold, and not intimidating. The food was good, excellently prepared and explained in the service. Despite this, there were at least two glaring flaws: Out of four places, three had worn and holed napkins. The bread was served as an appetizer, then taken away and never reappeared.

Also recommended for non-vegetarians. Perfect wine and food pairing. Refined, sophisticated, and balanced flavors. Attention to seasonality and food quality. I received this experience as a gift, which I greatly appreciated. Kudos to the professional and knowledgeable staff.

A restaurant with a plus. Refined vegetarian cuisine (a bold choice in itself), with a menu that changes approximately every month based on seasonal produce. Welcoming staff. You can see the effort put into creating an elegant, minimalist atmosphere that never feels uncomfortable. Open kitchen. Absolutely Michelin-starred.

Excellent cuisine, refined atmosphere, impeccable service. I was a little disappointed to see that the menu included ingredients of animal origin; I expected a completely plant-based restaurant. I expected not to have to eat alongside dishes cooked with ingredients that cause suffering. Unfortunately, even with carefully selected farmers and their attention to animal welfare, the use of animal products still involves practices that are structurally unavoidable. For example, the culling of male chicks from laying hens, or the culling of laying hens themselves when they become less productive. This is why I consider vegetarianism an important step, but not always fully consistent with the ethical motivations that inspire it. I would appreciate a completely plant-based menu.

I find some interpretations of vegetarian cuisine too heavy. Cheese, fried foods, butter, etc. You might ask: where have all the vegetables gone? The atmosphere is a bit chilly. The drinks are excellent, and the sommelier is top-notch.

First time, but it definitely won't be the last! A culinary experience you should try at least once in your life. The guys who work there are amazing. A beautiful, innovative place. In short, you have to try it; you won't be disappointed.
