03/04/2025: Ristorante scoperto grazie a TheFork dato che non è in una zona che frequento abitualmente, è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Locale arredato in stile Medioevo, ma cucina contemporanea. Personale molto cortese, servizio impeccabile e cucina molto attenta, con rielaborazione di piatti mediterranei molto interessanti, un mix partenopeo/siciliano decisamente intrigante. Dopo una prima cena non posso che consigliare tutto quello che abbiamo assaggiato, come ad esempio i Gamberi in crosta di mandorle, che esplodono letteralmente in un mare di gusto al palato, gli spaghettoni cacio e pepe rifrescati dal limone e dal gambero crudo, o i Bigoli all'aglio nero, altra esplosione di gusto. Prima esperienza OTTIMA, ristorante consigliatissimo, ci torneremo di sicuro, dato che c'è veramente l'imbarazzo nella scelta, per provare altri piatti.

03/04/2025: Restaurant discovered by chance since it is not in an area that I usually frequent, it was a very pleasant surprise. Very courteous staff, impeccable service and very attentive cuisine, with a reworking of very interesting Mediterranean dishes, a decidedly intriguing Neapolitan/Sicilian mix. After a first dinner I can only recommend everything we tasted, such as the almond crusted prawns, which literally explode in a sea of ​​flavor on the palate, the cacio e pepe spaghettoni refreshed by lemon and raw prawn, or the black garlic Bigoli, another explosion of flavour. EXCELLENT first experience, highly recommended restaurant, we will certainly return, given that we are truly spoiled for choice, to try other dishes.

Ho ordinato online più volte e devo dire che, oltre all’ottimo cibo hanno anche un attenzione al modo in cui ti fanno arrivare il cibo a casa, sacchetto molto bello (penso sia anche fatto per tenere al caldo le pietanze) in più, dentro, c’è una boccettina con abbondante salsa di soia, zenzero e wasabi in un tubetto monouso.

02/04/2025: Il ristorante fin dalla prima impressione fornisce la sensazione di essere intimo e accogliente. Le ampie vetrate che danno sul grande giardino, i tavoli ben distanziati, il gioco dei mattoni a vista e il mix di colori alle pareti, nonché la cantina dei vini che spicca al centro della sala, esaltano gli arredi moderni e eleganti. Semplice e impeccabile la mis en place. Per il pranzo domenicale, il Pascoli offre un interessante menù scelto dallo chef e strutturato su un percorso di cinque portate più il dolce, basato sulla materia prima di stagione e in pratica fresca di giornata. Il percorso è stato davvero notevole, partendo dal fassone, quindi degustando le capesante di hokkaido, i funghi cardoncelli, il fantastico risotto ai porri con lumache, quindi il petto d'anatra all'arancia, per poi finire con un tiramisù (buono ma non sullo stesso livello delle portate che lo hanno preceduto). Il tutto accompagnato da preparazioni come salse e fondi, di gran livello e ottimi panificati differenziati per ogni portata. Stoviglie di servizio particolari e  "controcorrente" perchè dai richiami casalinghi e rustici, rispetto a quelle utilizzate in moltissimi ristoranti e legate indissolubilmente al design. Impiattamenti belli e eleganti. A eccezione di un discreto calice di bianco, non avendo preso alcuna bottiglia non abbiamo valutato la carta dei vini. Servizio cordiale e al tempo stesso professionale; piacevolissima e appassionata la presentazione di ogni singolo piatto. Ci torneremo a fine primavera per una cena nel dehors.

16/03/2025: We went to eat and it was a total success. We tried to go a few years ago but we arrived at 2pm or something and they no longer served us. This time we booked and went at 1:15 p.m. With close and very good service, we have had spectacular food and quite large portions. It is a restaurant mainly serving local food, although they also have the typical carbonara-type dishes.

08/04/2025: La Sosta is located in a unique location, a magnificent historical architecture. The environment is elegant and welcoming. Everything contributes to creating a magical atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy the experience. The menu is excellent with dishes made with very fresh and high-quality ingredients. The desserts are unforgettable. Another note of merit goes to the staff, always attentive and helpful.

05/04/2025: Ottimo ristorante ai margini della ZTL di Brescia, atmosfera molto raffinata in un locale di fascino storico, piatti particolari e ricercati, davvero buoni. Prezzi in linea con la qualità del cibo. Il costo del coperto, di €8 a persona, comprende diversi tipi di pane fatto in casa molto buoni, un entrė di benvenuto e al termine della cena anche biscotteria assortita di qualità

The first was therefore not a coincidence, now it is a real certainty. Fantastic dishes full of flavors and colours, excellent staff as always. I highly recommend the vegetarian starter, it varies each time depending on the period. Fruit and vegetables presented in a sublime way both in terms of sight and taste. A simple fennel, a courgette, a carrot or a green bean in this dish are not banal vegetables, on the contrary they make you say wow double wow, without neglecting all the others. Many compliments again. 👏👏👏🔝🔝🔝 Third experience today 4/6/2023 I deliberately chose to describe the new experience at the end of the previous ones. Everything as always perfect, from the service to what we ate. This time 7-course fish tasting menu.
