26/05/2025: We identified this place from online reviews, and were particularly impressed by the culinary offerings. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with courtesy by the maitre de salle. The place is elegant, featuring a large presence of fine wood. As an appetizer, we opted for the risotto with fresh asparagus, stracciatella and perch tartare, while for the second course we chose the braised beef cheek with carrot puree and baby spinach. Both dishes turned out to be of excellent quality, truly exquisite. To conclude the meal, we shared a rose cake and a burnt yogurt cream, both exquisite. The price, in line with the general average, is slightly high, but the quality of the food made it fully justified.

06/06/2025: We were told to wait 20-30 minutes for a table. After 45 minutes a group which came a few minutes after us with no reservation as well, were asked to the first available table before us. After asking for an explanation the server told us that if we don't want to wait any more we don't have to and lied that the group had a reservation (even though we clearly heard they arrived with no reservation, same as us). We sure did not wait anymore. Very poor customer service. The waiter was completely unserious and rude. No need to waste our time in the first place. They prioritised group was of course italian, so we were not really suprised to see that they were favoured, but still very dissapointing to see people being sorted based on their nationality. No issue with not getting a table without a reservation but extremely poor customer service and communication.

07/06/2025: We came back after not coming here for XX years... practically as teenagers. The environment is one of the most characteristic in Bergamo: beautiful, well-kept and clean. The beers are excellent, well-drained and with different tastes and characteristics. The service relies on young boys and girls and they will surely gain experience and useful skills to improve the service and give that extra touch. The manager is prepared, friendly and easy-going... really on the ball. A pleasant experience and we will definitely be back more than happy to

09/06/2025: Ho scelto quest’osteria spulciando la guida delle osterie d’Italia ed è stata una scelta super azzeccata. Nel menù compaiono numerosi presidi Slow Food, interessantissimi gli antipasti di salumi, alcuni particolari della zona. Ottimi i malfatti al burro fuso, senza infamia e senza lode il manzo all’olio. Buon vino rosso della casa. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e la veranda esterna è fresca e rilassante. Se capitate in zona la consiglio vivamente!

06/06/2025: We had lunch in the outdoor room, attentive and courteous staff, excellent food with attention to detail starting from the appetizers to the casoncelli alla bresciana, summer cod and rabbit with polenta, all accompanied by a very good Piedmontese white wine "Darthona". 04/06/2025: Visited for a couple's dinner. The intention was a meat-based dinner and the place was a real surprise. Showcase with the available cuts really well stocked and above all we were looked after with care, friendliness and professionalism. Tasted the Australian wagyu, the tarte tatin and the strawberry grape sorbet and ... we will definitely return to test the rest. Price adequate for the quality of the menu. There are certainly very positive Sardinian influences/contaminations in the place.

Beautiful location both inside with beautiful rooms and outside with dehor (Only flaw a table of noisy customers and careless of other customers We were outside) We will absolutely return choosing one of the beautiful internal rooms with fireplace!!!! 13/06/2025: We chose this place for our company dinner and overall the experience was very positive. I opted for the fish menu and was really satisfied. The scallops in the Sarsina were a real delicacy: tasty, delicate and cooked to perfection. The only downside was the noise: the place was quite chaotic and only when it emptied a bit were we able to have a calm conversation. It's a shame, because with better acoustics it would really be the best. In any case, the food is definitely worth a visit!

04/05/2025: The family management is kind and discreet. The rooms, in their simplicity, are quiet and perfectly clean. The cuisine, based on typical local dishes, is excellent. What more can I say? Makes you want to come back. Compliments !!
