27/02/2025: What can I say friends... one emotion after another, well-finished dishes but above all fresh products cooked impeccably... from the outside you wouldn't think so but once you enter the very kind waitress will put you at ease by explaining dish by dish (there isn't a classic menu with the dishes to choose from) the chef and the lovely waitress will accompany you on a tasty and fascinating journey of dishes based on sea fish (about ten dishes) essentially a fixed price menu (also if it is simplistic to call it that because it is truly a taste experience) including dessert and water.. wine aside.... Simple, refreshing and delicious dessert... of course also an amazing homemade digestive... basically FANTASTIC!!!! MUST TRY!!! I will post some photos but some plates are missing.. the mouth was faster than the camera.. P.s. As soon as we arrived they offered us an oyster each which was so fresh and good that it amazed me A.....a small peculiarity they bring a starter then the main courses and the pasta so as not to weigh you down until the end...

05/04/2025: I have never eaten such a good pizza with porcini mushrooms and truffle: not the usual tasteless, frozen and poor quality mushrooms and the truffle was grated raw in front of us. When you stand out from the crowd it is right to recognize it. I will definitely return.

29/03/2025: In Milan for work, we stumbled upon Cessre by chance. We had a great time: relaxing atmosphere; very nice place like those of the past; but above all all the dishes at high levels!

10/03/2025: ubicazione molto bella, in mezzo al bosco ma vicina alla statale. il ristorante e' molto curato anche nei dettagli. Abbiamo iniziato con delle mammole cotte al punto giusto. Siamo passati al secondo di carne con filetto Uruguay medium per la mia compagna, e stinco di vitello cucinato a bassa temperatura. entrambi i piatti squisiti. vino un ottimo dolcetto e dolci della casa presentati bene e saporiti. direi un'esperienza molto interessante da ripetere. un grazie al maitre Alessandro per la sua disponibilita' e gentilezza nel rispondere con ampie spiegazioni alle nostre domande. il rapporto qualita'/prezzo decisamente elevato. pino

08/03/2025: Best restaurant in Brescia, no ifs or buts. Once upon a time they made pizza that was out of this world, now unfortunately it is no longer made, but luckily the cuisine is of a high standard, above average in the city. The service is impeccable, never intrusive. I recommend the spaghetti with garlic, oil, chilli and sea cicadas.

01/03/2025: The environment is elegant and welcoming. The staff is really kind and attentive even to small details. The waitress who assisted us was professional and reassured us with a bright smile. The foods we chose were delicious and the ones we didn't choose kept us coming back. The bill was absolutely correct.
