24/06/2026: Grazie, danke, and hvala! An unforgettable evening. We stumbled upon Assirto by chance and left as fans. The food—we had salt cod, anchovies, tuna, and Iberico pork—was truly excellent. Really, really excellent. The dishes have a story, everything is well thought out, yet feels very relaxed. The hosts are fantastic. Point one—and this is for everyone who loves traveling to Italy but, like me, hasn't yet learned Italian—they speak German. They also speak a little Croatian, which is extremely surprising but incredibly charming. As a guest, you're in good hands, multilingually speaking. More than that, it's simply a wonderful experience. The love for detail and the products they offer is palpable. The service is excellent, the atmosphere in the small restaurant is great, and you don't just get delicious food, you also get—and yes, this might sound cheesy, but it's true—something for the soul. To make a long story short: Go and be enchanted! It's worth it!

24/06/2026: An exceptional evening in a splendid setting! We dined at Assirto and the experience was simply perfect from start to finish. The dishes were excellent, carefully prepared and explained in detail by the hostess, who speaks at least three languages. We were recommended an extraordinary wine, which paired divinely with each course. A special mention goes to the extreme kindness of the couple who run the restaurant: they do everything themselves, both in the kitchen and in the service, with a passion and care for their guests that is rarely seen. A true gem in Moneglia. We will definitely be back!

02/04/2026: I don't usually eat cheese focaccia, but I have to say this one really raised the bar for Recco cheese focaccia. It may sound strange coming from me, but it was so good, I even had to ask for a second helping. :) We had a table of ten, and the kids were all very excited, not to mention us adults 😊. 21/06/2026: Recommended by a friend of mine who comes here often, I must say it's an excellent seafood restaurant. Fried anchovies, delicious. Delicious tuna tartare. Fresh fish. Excellent sorbets. If I pass through Ventimiglia, I'll definitely come for lunch or dinner. Service, excellent for quick service.

06/06/2026: Bar Nono became our absolute favorite bar during our time here in Porto Maurizio – super friendly owner, delicious antipasti, and wonderful Prosecco! We thoroughly enjoyed our last evening here today with Sarti Spritz!

03/06/2026: What can I say? Nono Caffè is always a guarantee! I frequent this bar almost every day and always have a great experience. It offers a wide selection of sweet and savory breakfast items, all excellent. Even at lunch, they offer quick and truly delicious dishes, while their aperitifs are prepared with professionalism and attention to detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and always impeccably clean, an aspect I've always placed great importance on. In terms of order and cleanliness, I think it'd be hard to find another bar in Porto Maurizio that reaches these standards. Kudos also to Cassandra, who works at the bar: always smiling, kind, and helpful with all customers.

13/05/2026: Went on Friday. 4 P. A welcoming trattoria, good staff, friendly and pleasant, and fast, which doesn't hurt. Good, authentic food. Fair price €25 per person with a first course, second course, side dish, dessert, and coffee. Abundant service. Too bad it only opens at noon and not on weekend evenings. We were in Genoa for the Alpine gathering and couldn't go at noon on Saturday and Sunday. But if I pass by that area, I'll gladly return.

05/07/2026: The restaurant is surrounded by greenery with a large patio where you can eat al fresco in the summer. They make excellent ravioli with meat sauce, delicious and thick panigacci, and even a good steak. The interior is rustic, but that's its beauty, and for what you get, it's reasonably priced.

05/07/2026: A very pleasant experience, it could become my go-to restaurant when I'm in Genoa. Friendly and welcoming service, elegant, cool atmosphere with soft music. The food was very good, well-seasoned without being too salty. The wait for dessert was a bit long, but two large groups had just arrived, so that was understandable.

09/04/2026: The marinated and breaded anchovies were exquisite. The spaghetti alla chitarra with turnip greens, shrimp, and toasted breadcrumbs was delicious and flavorful. All washed down with a nice glass of local Vermentino. Recommended.
