Excellent food, attentive service. A great find on the way to Milan.

STOP IN VARAZZE Another business trip. During the trip, we stop in Varazze for lunch. We wander through the alleys of the historic center and decide to stop at the Gianni e Franca restaurant. We sit at one of the outdoor tables set directly in the alleyway. We order a bottle of water and choose a half-liter carafe of the house white wine. Acceptable. The service, let's say, is rather basic. We order the same first course, Scialatielli (Neapolitan artisanal pasta) with seafood, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. A kind of tagliatelle, but shorter and wider. Cooked nicely al dente. The sauce is generous, with mussels, clams, and shrimp. Delicious. There's still room for a second course to share. We choose the second course that best suits our desire to nibble with our hands and share. A mixed seafood fritto (fried fish) featuring mostly calamari, then shrimp (a few), and a few small fish. A decent dish. We add a single side of French fries. Two coffees before continuing our journey. The bill came to €58. The location and service were questionable, but the food offered a more than decent quality/price ratio. Not bad, but I'm not sure I'd return.

We had dinner on Saturday night. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I recommend it.

This restaurant offers a wide and delicious menu, with a focus on seafood, but also offers excellent meat and even vegan options. The service is courteous and impeccable. A special mention goes to the ravioli del plin filled with red mullet, delicious! Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

A small restaurant with an omnivorous and vegan menu. The vegan menu is varied and very tasty! The Neapolitan tofu is amazing.

A trusted favorite for years... We always come back and always find the same quality. The first courses are excellent (especially the gorgognocco and taglioni neri), the pesto is delicious, the tuna with sesame is exceptional, and the desserts are also very good.

A good restaurant with a fairly varied menu, excellent and well-presented dishes, and prices in line with the area. Recommended.
