14/06/2025: Sufficient, local place. Location not very well looked after, appetizer 4 cold cuts thrown there, some good fried food, good pizza. I would put some mosquito nets to avoid the numerous insects that fly around you and on the table.

16/05/2025: Süße kleine familiengeführte Trattoria mit kleiner Karte die regelmäßig wechselt. Super gemütliche Atmosphäre & authentische Küche. Die selbst gemachten Ravioli waren fantastisch, genau so wie die gegrillten Lammspieße. Hier wird noch mit Liebe gekocht & die Preise sind unschlagbar. Die Bedienung ist ebenfalls herzlich & schnell. Vorherige Reservierung empfehlenswert. Wir kommen bei jedem Besuch in Ischia di Castro und können die Trattoria vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. PS: American Express Kreditkarten werden ebenfalls angenommen, was hier in der Gegend nicht selbstverständlich ist.

26/04/2025: Kindness and friendliness. The location is classic, simple and well furnished. The raw materials are excellent. The dishes are tasty and well presented. The whitefish is very good. The desserts are homemade but with pastry inspiration, very well presented. The house wine is pleasant and light. Must try.

07/06/2025: We booked during the #PeperinoinFiore2025 party and ate in their garden, which enjoys a beautiful view of the walls of Vitorchiano that blend in with houses and peperino. The environment, the quality of the food served and the helpfulness and kindness of your staff did the rest. Our choice included pappardelle, characteristic cavatelli, excellent free-range chicken as well as desserts. Average quality/price. They have provisions for celiacs. They accept dogs. Correct to book.

02/06/2025: We arrive at 12.45. We are served at 13.40 with bread and water and vegetables as an appetizer. I asked for bread right away because the child was hungry, but it was brought after about 35 minutes. Many of the things on the menu were not available to order. We made do with the other few on the menu. For a first course, a second course and some chips with water 60 euros. Good food. Absolutely not the service and timing. Especially if there are children at the table.

09/05/2025: Ottima quanto insolita idea quella di una pizzeria di effettuare la sera del 31 dicembre normale servizio a la carte: si può stare bene senza spendere cifre folli! Abbiamo cenato qui, antipasti vari pizza e dolce spendendo meno di 30 Euro a persona. E fin qui abbiamo tutti apprezzato. Peccato che parte degli antipasti non sia arrivata a tutti, o comunque, le lenticchie col cotechino a centrotavola erano insufficienti ma soprattutto la pizza è veramente da rivedere, fin troppo sottile e troppo cotta, da risultare bruciata, il pomodoro era pochissimo e quindi la pizza era secca ed eccessivamente salata. Sinceramente non mangiavo una pizza così poco soddisfacente da anni.

26/04/2025: I went to this farmhouse with my family on Easter Sunday and my experience was partly negative. It can be defined as a nice restaurant, even if they should take care of the internal part. The gentleman in the room is very nice and approachable. However, when we were served we asked the girl what was inside the second course and she was not able to provide us with information (which in my opinion is absurd because a waitress should present a dish in all aspects). The quality of the food was not great, probably because it was a public holiday

15/05/2025: I was here in May, for one night, in a period of rain and wind. The staff was very kind, the food, even if the kitchen was not 100% operational, was good. Like at home. What can I say... to try again in season.

31/05/2025: Cosa desiderare di più di un pranzo a bordo piscina?! Risotto allo champagne squisito e tonno scottato che si scioglieva in bocca con la compagnia del sign Roberto che ci servito con attenzione e scrupolosità. Un ristorante all’insegna del buon cibo e del relax.

The cuisine is excellent, the welcome by Elisa was truly an added value. Before leaving, we had the pleasure of meeting the manager of the location, Mr. Maurizio, an exquisite person with very elegant manners, who also made us experience the true soul of this historic building. Recommended to all those who are looking for a unique, original and, at the same time, traditional experience linked to the authentic values ​​of life.

24/05/2025: Oggi mi trovavo in provincia di Viterbo con un caro amico, in visita al suo paese d'origine, Latera! Con l'occasione mi ha portato sul lago di Bolsena per il pranzo, e...dopo un paio di tentativi falliti perché i locali erano soldout, ci siamo imbattuti per caso nel "Ristorante il Gabbiano"; direi che siamo stati fortunati a fermarci lì, personale squisitamente cordiale e accogliente, cibo SQUISITO...ci siamo orientati sul pesce...e panorama da lasciarci senza fiato!! È stata una giornata di partenza con un clima stupendo e pranzare in riva al lago all'aperto con la giornata meravigliosa che è stata non ha avuto prezzo! Avete una location incredibile e ci sapete davvero fare, soldi spesi BENISSIMO e quando mangio BENE non li rimpiango MAI, a presto e grazie.

The salad consists almost entirely of green lettuce leaves, and the tuna, which cost €22, consisted of two tiny pieces, as is typical in Italy, with no side dishes. In summary, a nice atmosphere but unfortunately overpriced.
