02/05/2025: Everything is top notch, but what really makes the difference is the less formal environment compared to the normality of award-winning or highlighted restaurants in the Rossa.
The participation of various generations in the operation of the structure helps to raise its level even further, by virtue of the passion that can be seen in every gesture of each professional in charge...the chef Sandro, often in the dining room with the delighted diners, is that extra pampering that you didn't think you wanted and which instead makes the experience even happier, thanks to the words with which he explains the philosophy of his family and the meaning of every dish and every ingredient...in the end your desire is simply one: to come back soon to find them....
The return to the second star would not only be deserved, but more than due, given the scale of evaluations underlying the release....Think carefully, you who must, on what we would all really like to find in Rossa from here on out, given the crisis of vocations and the costs that are bearable only thanks to the wealthy sponsors and certainly not due to the sustainability of the business and/or its quality: today the future of haute cuisine is being decided, think about it....

22/02/2025: Nothing to say, truly exceptional. Two delicious sandwiches with fresh ingredients, all served at €6 each. The choice of local craft beers is also excellent. If you come to Terminillo it is among the best choices for eating!

10/05/2025: We spent a very pleasant lunch hosted - it is really the case to say - by the restaurant La Conca. Delicious Gricia and Amatriciana and excellent arrosticini! Mrs. Elisabetta made us feel at home and we had the privilege through her stories to learn a little more about the history and the present of Amatrice. We promised ourselves to return along one of the recommended paths that she recommended to us and to try some other delicious and genuine dishes prepared by Mr. Gabriele. Absolutely recommended!
P.s.: unfortunately it is truly disheartening that the reconstruction of Amatrice is no longer spoken of. Nine years have passed. Let us not forget those places and the people who live there.
06/05/2025: If you have to eat amatriciana there is no better place... it was born there. But the rest of the menu is no different either. The managers and waiters are courteous and very approachable, guided by the master who has spent a lifetime in that place.

11/05/2025: This lovely place is located almost lost in the Rieti countryside, near Selci, and can be reached via fairly narrow hilly roads. The view of the surrounding hills and valleys is enchanting. La Vecchia Quercia has a large car parking area near the entrance, and is equipped with finely furnished rooms to welcome tourists. The restaurant is divided into several rooms and lounges furnished with simplicity and taste. The menu features various courses, all of which are particularly good. These are dishes linked to local tradition. In particular, the pasta and bread are homemade, by the expert hands of the owners. The strengozzi, fettuccine and ravioli stand out, with condiments of your choice. The meats are sublime, particularly the lamb, goose and wild boar. The cellar offers local labels of various origins. It is worth leaving Rome to have lunch or dinner in this place surrounded by nature.

18/05/2025: We had lunch on Saturday at this restaurant. We arrived at 1:30 pm, after half an hour they brought us the menus and after another half an hour we ordered. The appetizers (4 bruschetta with tomato sauce) arrived after more than half an hour. The first courses? They made us wait more than an hour. When I commented to the owner that it was not possible to wait all this time, the response was "you arrived at 1:30 pm in the middle of the reservations!" Terrible! It's a shame because the food is very good. I would not recommend it.

28/04/2025: After a strong tourist disappointment in Rieti lacking reception for visitors, my wife and I were rewarded by L'al'Altravista in Rieti. A restaurant with a more than excellent rating for polite staff, available to requests and who know how to communicate with the customer, putting them at ease. The cuisine is excellent both in flavors and in the preparation of the various dishes. We will certainly return if we are in the area one day. We strongly recommend trying this establishment.

11/05/2025: We went to this place for the first time yesterday, arriving on the lake by motorbike, we saw this place and... inspired we entered.
We love lake fish dishes and this is one of the best places we have eaten.... I took tagliolini with the scent of the lake, wonderful... fabulous fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, excellent river prawns... Sublime trout skewers... The homemade Tiramisu... it was truly homemade and it was world class... fantastic atmosphere and very kind staff.
Beautiful view of the lake.
The bill?..... Right!...in line with the quality of the dishes.
In short, lucky to have found a place like this (there are fewer and fewer)..... Excellent restaurant..... Highly recommended.... we will definitely be back.

Very kind and well-prepared, they recommended the dishes to us with incredible professionalism. We had a great meal, everything was delicious, and we must say the value for money was excellent. Highly recommended

Not even a fish like this on the long sea. Very fast service. Excellent value for money too. All homemade. I highly recommend for a quiet evening

15/05/2025: Yesterday I had the immense pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant with a lake view, I must say that I eat gluten-free, they had some fantastic care. They immediately brought me some gluten-free bread made by them (yes, I know that many restaurants now do gluten-free but I assure you that few bring you bread), the bread was delicious. I appreciated the appetizer for two where there were things that both celiacs and non-celiacs could eat (often and willingly in mixed appetizers there are bruschetta and battered vegetables and with immense pleasure there were none here and I was able to taste everything), there were grilled vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, olives, everything delicious. As a first course I had the gluten-free fettuccine made by them with porcini mushrooms, what can I say, delicious, perhaps a little too salty, but that depends a lot on personal taste, it was enough to add a little salt to enjoy a fantastic dish. The dessert... damn the dessert, I had a panna cotta with salted caramel, that caramel was indescribable!!! Thanks for the attentions you had for me and my son (they made him fettuccine with a fresh tomato sauce). We will definitely be back.
