Delicious cuisine with typical dishes and local ingredients.
Cozy place and magnificent staff, absolutely worth trying both in summer and winter
It was truly a beautiful discovery
27/01/2024: Simple restaurant, few but quality dishes. :-) Excellent prices, very kind staff. We tried both the first courses (gnocchi with mutton) and the polenta (off the menu). Maybe I would add some appetizers in addition to the mixed platter but it's a minor aspect.

18/11/2023: A thin and crunchy pizza, with good quality toppings and a good choice of beers (including craft ones).
Possibility of eating outdoors with useful space also for children. The bar also offers a good choice of bitters, liqueurs and the aperitif is also valid.

01/04/2024: Decent food for a trattoria with a very short menu, the price paid for 2 fettuccine with mushrooms 1 appetizer 1 kebabs 1 classic skewers 1 potato 1 salad 1 slice of tart 1 water and a wine at the price of 106 euros ... exaggerated!. ..I won't add comparisons...

20/11/2023: Per me è valsa la pena fare una piccola deviazione dalla Salaria per conoscere questo ristorante molto accogliente, sia per l'ambiente curato - e già in atmosfera natalizia - che per l'attenzione dei gestori. Cucina di qualità e "fatta in casa", con gli ottimi ravioloni ricotta e spinaci e le saporite carni locali. Genziana al Montepulciano...una chicca! Prezzo molto contenuto.
17/10/2023: Siamo stati in questo ristorante Domenica 8 Ottobre, come appoggio per andare poi alla Sagra a Leonessa.
Dalle recensioni non vedevamo lora di ordinare le specialità del luogo e abbiamo prenotato con "The Fork".
Quando siamo arrivati non risultava la nostra prenotazione e hanno storto il naso, ho dovuto fargli vedere l'email (con difficoltà per la scarsa linea).
Con disappunto non abbiamo potuto ordinare perché c'era un menù fisso.
Il cibo era buono ma non ciò che volevamo, per 40 Euro, decisamente troppo per un menù fisso. Tenteremo un'altra volta per dargli una possibilità.
