19/04/2026: If you're looking for a divine place to eat on Lago del Turano, Trattoria Il Vigneto is an absolute must. However, I highly recommend booking in advance, as it's almost always fully booked—and for good reason! The service is truly excellent and genuine, complemented by a varied menu featuring exceptional, flavorful traditional dishes. The portions are generous, and the quality of the food is exceptional, all at a very reasonable price, highly competitive compared to the local average. It's the perfect place to spend a wonderful day, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Special praise goes to the owner, a very kind and friendly woman who will make you feel right at home with her warm welcome. I highly recommend it to everyone, not only because you eat truly well, savoring traditional local dishes, but also because, after this fantastic meal, you'll have the opportunity to work off the energy and relax with a beautiful walk to admire the stunning lakeside scenery.
17/04/2026: It's a very traditional place with the classic red and white checkered paper placemats. A place where you feel like you're being welcomed into an aunt's house: familiar, informal, kind, and attentive. Yes, attentive because they accommodate requests beyond simple professional courtesy.
The food is amazing and the price is incredible.

04/04/2026: Bar and restaurant located in the center of town, in the square where the church and fountain are located (a popular gathering place for locals). The atmosphere is family-friendly, but not overly large, and above all, the menu is typical of the area, all handmade. I recommend booking on weekends, and I highly recommend it.
You can't drive directly to the restaurant, but you can park on the road adjacent to the lake, just a few meters away.
22/03/2026: A truly welcoming trattoria, super friendly staff, and Francesco, the youngest and nicest waiter I've ever met, a guy who practically manages everything himself. I don't think I need to say anything about the food, it's truly delicious with lamb that melts in your mouth. The place is beautiful and well-kept, with a truly spectacular stone wall. I recommend it to anyone passing through the square in Colle di Tora.

29/09/2025: We found ourselves having lunch with a friend during a stop on a motorcycle tour.
The place is fabulous! It was a perfect late-September day for an excellent lunch in a quaint restaurant.
We ate fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, mutton skewers, and sautéed broccoli, along with dessert and coffee. Everything was excellent.
The staff was friendly, and we chatted with the owner about the history of the place.
A pleasant break before heading home.
21/09/2025: We went to Patrizia restaurant and our experience was not positive. The receipt even had a different name and address listed ("Vanilla Café" in Rieti), which creates confusion and a lack of transparency.
We spent €25 for three iced teas and two desserts, a price completely disproportionate to the amount consumed.
The place is beautiful, with relaxing music, but the atmosphere doesn't make up for it: the staff's manners don't make you feel welcome; in fact, they discourage you from staying and enjoying the experience.
In short: an expensive place, lacking transparency, and with a welcoming atmosphere that leaves much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it, as it's neither worth the expense nor the experience.

12/05/2025: ottimo ristorante , vista sul lago bellissima, la titolare simpatica e brava nel consigliarci sul cibo, tutto molto buono a prezzi onesti , sicuramente torneremo e da esperto in ristoranti lo consiglio sicuramente
