19/01/2025: Luogo davvero incantevole, raccolto e confortevole, personale cordiale preparato e simpatico. Piatti squisiti serviti in maniera accurata, ogni portata un'esplosione di gusto e freschezza. Abbiamo assaggiato diverse pietanze, una più buona dell'altra, dolce compreso. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Cinque stelle meritatissime+++++

16/09/2024: Tutto ottimo in questo bel ristorante situato al molo del Circeo. Menù particolare, mix di ingredienti italiani e orientali. Polpo in tempura veramente ottimo, Servizio professionale e attento.

10/04/2025: I was thrilled to hear that there would be a live band that night. We ordered food and drinks and the order arrived surprisingly quickly. Maybe too quickly. The burger was badly cooked (still red inside) and with poor ingredients. The worst part were the fries. Oversalted and very hard (fried and then re-fried) which happens when they sit too long before being served, or worse still thrown back into the frying oil by the kitchen staff using the "leftovers" from previous orders instead of frying new ones. The wait staff is very polite but this is not enough to make the experience positive. The band that was playing had the volumes set very badly, so much so that I was forced to leave at the first song to avoid perforating my eardrums. My comment to the person at the mixer to say that the voice was too loud and the volumes were neither balanced nor suitable for the size of the room was of little use. Overall, the Weisse Pub Pizza was an absolutely negative experience that I do not recommend to those who love harmony and good food. The Weisse beer was delicious. But this, unfortunately, cannot be defined as a real merit of the pub itself and certainly not enough to make it a place to visit.

23/01/2025: Near Bar Ezio, this little restaurant in the direction of San Felice, immediately after the iron bridge on the right, offers you a fixed menu at €12, quick and cheap, and an à la carte menu. We ate a good scampi risotto and fried squid and prawns, accompanied by still house white wine and a side dish of french fries and sautéed chicory. Generally quick depending on the quantity of customers and average prices. With the good weather the turnout increases and, especially on Sunday for lunch, it is advisable to book at 12.30 max. Clean and family environment. We returned on the occasion of my wife's birthday and had the really good appetizer le lanterne with octopus, tuna, anchovies and more, followed by gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and rissi prawns, excellent, tagliolini with seafood very good with fried calamari and french fries, tasting the slightly lively house white wine. Now it's a fixed stop. Try it!!!!

06/10/2024: Small restaurant offering a decent selection of à la carte dishes and very low fixed price menus. Good quality fish, generous portions, friendly service. The external veranda where you can eat is beautiful. Recommended first courses and frying.

17/02/2025: I went to this place with my wife for Valentine's Day and unfortunately, despite having high expectations, I was hugely disappointed. I was hoping for an intimate evening with a romantic atmosphere, in a beautiful location and with good food but instead, despite myself, I found something completely different. We were served on a plastic table, the staff was hasty, not very attentive and the food, to say the least, was barely adequate. All things that I didn't expect to find in an ad hoc evening with a fixed menu per person of 45 Euros. The singer who entertained the room was well done, despite the terrible acoustics and the landscape was certainly evocative which in broad daylight is one of the greatest strengths of this location.

26/01/2025: I have been frequenting this place for years and confirm its quality, unfortunately today a very unpleasant thing happened. I had a coffee and a bitter at the counter and having to make a phone call, I moved just outside the door of the place so as not to hear any noise. After 30 seconds the waitress comes out and tells me I didn't pay. I replied that I moved in front of the entrance so as not to hear any noise and that in any case I was there two meters from the clearly visible place and that once the phone call was over I would return to settle the bill. A fact that I cannot explain and which I consider serious and offensive to a known customer who has never created any problem.

03/08/2024: …passano gli anni ma non la qualità !!!! Sono appunto passati diversi anni dall’ultimo pasto in questo fantastico locale, per motivi personali….. Il mio primo pensiero è stato tornarvi guidato dalle esperienze fantastiche passate …… nulla è cambiato se non l’esperienza culinaria acquisita durante la mia assenza. Sto ancora mangiando qui stasera , ma avevo voglia di lasciare il mio feedback quanto prima . BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI !!!

22/12/2024: Ci vengo ogni tanto. Mi faccio oltre un’ora per andare e altrettanto per venire. Quindi ne vale la pena. Il posto è molto bello. Prossedi poi vale la pena. Pietanze ottime. Acustica problematica: se il locale è pieno -e spesso lo è!- tanto vale leggere il labiale. Perché non dare punteggio pieno? I tempi. Mi rendo conto che fanno piatti espresso, e che ne vale la pena. Ma non puoi aspettare 40 min. tra un piatto e l’altro. Non ti godi l’ottimo pranzo. Tutto qui. Ciò premesso, merita, davvero!

10/11/2024: Il ristorante si trova nel piccolo borgo di Prossedi (LT). Una sala grande e una piccola, arredate in modo rustico gradevole. I servizi igienici sono puliti, all'inizio e alla fine del pranzo. I tavoli sono ben apparecchiati. Accoglienza nella media, servizio efficiente: personale cortese, tempi di attesa normali, disponibilità a variazioni di menù al momento. La cucina è di livello medio-alto, di tipo tradizionale / del territorio, con gradevoli riuscite variazioni. Le porzioni sono di media quantità, buono anche l'"impiattamento". Soddisfacente la carta dei vini, con attenzione alla produzione locale. Il rapporto qualità / prezzo porta a 5 la valutazione: un pasto completo costa circa € 50.

15/01/2025: I celebrated my daughter's 18th, all the guests complimented the beautiful setup they recreated inside the room. At every course I received compliments from friends and relatives on the excellent food we were served. Once the party was over, the young people complimented each other on the excellent choice of venue. Highly recommended!!!! Once again, many compliments to the staff, who were very welcoming, respectful and polite
