21/08/2025: It's always a pleasure to return to Alessandro and his legendary dad! Everything is delicious and tasty, especially the pasta with scampi and dried peppers, which I didn't try again out of modesty!

09/08/2025: Today is the third year in a row that we've been coming to this place. And I stand by my review. Nice place... the fish is truly top-notch. The house appetizer is delicious... the grilled fish is a 10... even the fried fish is top-notch!!!!!! The soup is their specialty. !!!! The pizza is good... Very nice staff... fast service... the 80s style is a specialty.

01/05/2025: What can I say...The photos "speak"!!In Aprilia and beyond....the best!!!excellent quality...very wide choice...and a service that is always fast, effective & courteous!!! I would add that in 2022 despite everyone we increased the prices.... they remained qualitatively at the Top and the prices Super Top!!

29/08/2025: The meat is truly exceptional. It's also fun to watch it being cooked live on the outdoor patio. The place is nice inside, but I would have made the "butcher" corner nicer. The prices are like those of a high-end restaurant, as are the portions, and so it leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth. You can't see the bread you pay for because the focaccia was also very, very hard. Overall, I'm happy I tried it, but I wouldn't return.

21/07/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on Friday, July 18th. We had an Aurunco platter (local delicacies), two grilled fish dishes, and chocolate cheesecake. We were offered a small entree while we waited for our orders. The food was excellent, and the service was courteous and attentive. The restaurant has ample indoor and outdoor space. Recommended.

20/07/2025: Not to be redone, very dirty place, tablecloths used at least 4 times already, we had asked if we could eat on the terrace and they told us no because he was alone serving and could not make those 2 extra meters.

22/08/2025: We were arriving in Sabaudia to visit the town center. On the road, we saw a sign advertising sandwiches and mozzarella, so we stopped for a bite to eat. Upon entering, we were greeted by a young man with a bright, friendly smile. Great! We're off to a good start! Inside, we found a very kind gentleman who let us choose at our leisure, even offering us suggestions for a few appetizers. We ordered two eggplant parmigiana in a puff pastry crust and a lasagna. Then, on the host's recommendation, we added a plate of homemade porchetta and a buffalo mozzarella appetizer. It was all delicious! They also added a fig appetizer with buffalo mozzarella cream: a sublime pairing! We finished with coffee, accompanied by wine-flavored biscuits and a freshly made ciambellone. We'd stopped for a quick sandwich and ended up enjoying a truly mood-boosting meal. We've heard they also light a barbecue in the evening, and we'll definitely try that someday. A place to stop and return to. Highly recommended!!

15/08/2025: A small shop in Sabaudia with a pizza and sandwich counter and a small bar. The bread is very fresh and the sandwiches are well-made. The staff are incredibly welcoming. If you're passing by, it's a must-try! Highly recommended.

28/07/2025: I ordered the seafood pasta, grilled seafood platter, and a risotto. The seafood pasta and mussels were excellent, especially the mussels which seem to be a specialty here. But the grilled seafood was overcooked; the fish skin was so burnt it was inedible. The place has a charming local atmosphere, plenty of parking and the servers can communicate in english.

03/09/2025: A rip-off, cover charge €3 per person, 75ml water €3.50. I ordered mozzarella that was passed off as buffalo mozzarella, and I've been recovering from a stomach ache for two days. Almost €60 for two courses. Avoid.

17/08/2025: Yes, I agree, you eat well everywhere in Ventotene, but here you don't just eat here, you enjoy everything from the palate to the elegance of the owners and staff; everything works perfectly. The preparation of the dishes and the quality of the cuisine are superb. Well done.

20/07/2025: Il posto è molto carino, anche senza la vista mare. Il cibo è ben cucinato ed i piatti molto ben rifiniti. La materia prima (aragoste e pesce) ottima, grazie al mare. Consiglierei di portare la pesata del pesce o almeno scriverla a corredo nel preconto e/o del conto. Nel ns conto da 716 euro in sei, non ci è piaciuto trovare 80€ di antipasto del giorno (fragolino crudo) senza sapere nè il costo in fase di ordine, nè la pesata in fase di pagamento; non ci è piaciuto non sapere quanto pesavano le 250€ di linguine all’aragosta e ancor meno ci è piaciuto non conoscere il peso dello spaghetto gluten free all’aragosta da 88€ (per una persona celiaca). Buoni i paccheri allo scorfano,ma dai 35€ scritto sul menù è lievitato a 52 €… questione di peso, ahinoi ignoto sia prima che sullo scontrino. Si sa che i veri radical chic pagano senza neanche aprire il conto, ma forse questa recensione aiuterà gli avventori a chiedere (anche) il peso, dopo aver ascoltato la storiella da kompagni che le vostre aragoste non fanno acquario, ma vengono tenute nelle pezze inumidite con acqua di mare! Il vino servitoci era oltremodo caldo. Infine, dopo non aver offerto neanche un limoncello, alla suddivisione del conto per le tre coppie la proprietaria ha arrotondato all’eccesso superiore, includendo di sua sponte anche la mancia di 6 euro! (716€ diviso 3 fa 238€ non 240€!) Bhà… le tre stelle sono per le aragoste 🦞 e le loro pezze umide.
