The fish is always fresh, local and prepared with great attention to the raw materials. The wine cellar is well-stocked, with selected labels that perfectly accompany each course. Returning to Cesare is not only a guarantee of taste and quality, but also a personal pleasure: that of feeling at home, welcomed by a friend. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic and sincere experience.

17/03/2025: a comfortable, homely place with excellent cuisine: they know how to work the fish well without 'covering' it or manipulating it too much; the only flaw is that they haven't set up their own site (only Facebook) and it doesn't speak well why a place should have its own site with a menu available, in fact, unavailable.

17/06/2025: Today we talk a lot about gourmet cuisine, identifying, with this term, a type of flavor generally characterized by scrupulous research of ingredients that are often unobtainable and bizarre, by unlikely combinations of foods whose main purpose is to amaze, by scientific analyses on the best mineral waters to accompany that or other dishes. And I believed it. But today I have completely revised my position on the subject. The simplicity of the dishes prepared in this place is disarming. The efforts are directed exclusively to the quality of the raw materials, favoring the cleanliness of the dishes confirmed by a perfect preparation, without smudges, where the condiments seem almost absent.. and instead no!! Essential but very tasty sauces, fried foods that you can't explain how they managed to jump from the pan to the plate without retaining a drop of oil, and yet delicious. It cannot be described in words, a meal at Percuoco is an emotion. But if you are still convinced that a cuisine is not gourmet if it is not presented in an eccentric and original way, avoid this place, here you eat seriously. And the service? A courtesy from another time, true, accompanied by smiles that soften every course, every request. So what? I liked it, is it still not clear?

13/06/2025: Trattoria a few steps from the Castle. Found on the web, and chosen for the positive reviews. It deserves 5 stars ... and even more ... thanks to Sara, the waitress, for her kindness and availability .. discreet presence, but attentive!!! Compliments to Francesco (chef of the place) for the dishes with real flavors and for the choice of raw materials .... quality !!! And thanks also to the sous chef. Very clean place. I highly recommend it !!!

25/05/2025: Mi sono presentato in data in cui si scrive la recensione , ero solo avevo solo bisogno di un piatto caldo alle 12 30 , ma erano presi dai banchetti pertanto nn potevano ricevere ordini alla carta, e sopratutto nn potevano assistermi, il ragazzo cmq si è reso disponibile , ma poi è arrivato un sedicente capo sala che lo ha distolto coinvolto nei suoi problemi e quindi il tempo di attesa nel farmi accomodare e stato imbarazzante . Sono rimasto in imbarazzo in piedi senza nemmeno essere considerato da nessuno. Professionalità pessima bravo il ragazzo ma quel capetto che parlava in dialetto ha vanificato l grande forza di quel cameriere che oberato dal lavoro aveva avuto un occhi pure per me. Esperienza da cancellare.

13/01/2025: Excellent very nice and very spacious bar, private room and outdoor room, fully stocked with high-level rums and liqueurs, excellent aperitifs, excellent coffee and super-stocked breakfast, excellent service and very well-trained staff as well as friendly and kind, everything well looked after and clean, Amazon collection point, superenalotto, the service is excellent, Fabio the owner is a wonderful and very kind person.

08/12/2024: Historic place in Latina, small with few seats, very welcoming and cared for in the details that offers excellent dishes well made, refined in the combinations and very appetizing. Kind and attentive staff with customers. Prices in the norm.

29/03/2025: We were there two weeks ago, the owner was nice and helpful but we didn't like the food at all. Maybe we should have opted for pizza because the focaccia was the only thing that tasted like pizza.
