12/04/2026: The pizza at Serafina in Terracina is truly excellent, no complaints there. Unfortunately, however, the service and reservation management were decidedly disorganized. Despite arriving 10 minutes early, I received my pizzas a full 50 minutes after ordering, while watching tables that had arrived after me being served. The most absurd thing was the place card on the table: on one side was my name, on the other that of another customer who had booked only an hour later. It's impossible to think of ordering and eating in such a short time, especially when the kitchen is slow. The real problem arose when the next customer arrived: the staff, instead of apologizing for their delay in serving us, explained that we "didn't leave the table," making me look like a rude customer who didn't want to get up. In reality, they had just served our pizzas after almost an hour of waiting! None of the staff explicitly asked me to leave, but the situation they created with the other customer was very unpleasant and embarrassing. The food is good, but the organization absolutely needs to improve so as not to pit customers against each other.

14/09/2025: I went to this restaurant last night. It's a very nice place and is located in the historic center of Terracina, in a charming spot just behind the cathedral and the Emilian Forum. The experience was excellent. The staff is friendly, and the host is a charming and original character. The food is excellent. The set menu allows you to try many excellent dishes at a very competitive price. I'll be back soon. It will be a must-try.

03/03/2026: This place was known for a €120 smartbox that included three courses and a bottle of wine. I ordered a €30 bottle of prosecco instead of the white wine and was told I'd pay the difference, but I paid for the bottle in full, so the other bottle was lost. The final bill included two bread baskets worth €2.50 each, brought to me before the appetizer, paired with a local olive oil. I hadn't ordered it, thinking it was free, but I ended up paying for it. I'm not a big fan of bread. Moving on to the food, both appetizers were good, the raw sea bass and the friselle with scampi. For the first course, a scorpion fish mix, which could have used a pinch of extra salt, and the second courses were also very good. For dessert, I wasn't particularly pleased with the chocolate cake, which didn't have a warm center and was served in a small pan, making it awkward to eat. The place was very beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. At the end of lunch, between the Smartbox and the price difference (including the infamous bottle and bread baskets), I ended up spending €175, which I thought was too much for what I ate (with €10 for a cruel cake with no chocolate center, which I thought was excessive). What can I say? Go, but maybe without getting a Smartbox.

03/03/2026: It's always nice to return to eat at DA Locanda Ruggeri, a go-to place when we're in Terracina. Everything is unique and excellent, from the food to the hospitality. We'll be back soon!!! A must try!

The food, the boutonniere, made everything perfect, not to mention the service... kindness, professionalism, and cheerfulness are qualities that are now hard to find in restaurants. 11/10/2025: A breathtaking location by the sea, we got married here on September 22, 2025, and it was simply unforgettable, so much so that our friends and family complimented us on it being the most beautiful and unconventional wedding they'd ever been to. The price, especially considering the level of service, the location, and the number of staff, was absolutely reasonable. We'd especially like to thank Tiziana, Elisa, Achille, and Carla of Casa Olivia, who, with their immense professionalism, were our guardian angels throughout the event. 27/02/2026: Boasting a swanky design and furniture, this small upscale restaurant not far from the town's magnificent historical centre offers a fairly well-executed, inventive fish and meat menu. Service is pretty sluggish though and could do with some tweaking.

12/01/2026: The place appears a bit spartan, but when you look at the quality of the food, you'll be surprised. Fresh fish, well-cooked, beautifully presented, and quick and friendly service. Finally: fair prices, considering the freshness of the fish and compared to other restaurants in the area.

22/03/2026: I agree with many reviews I've already read, unfortunately, not before coming to eat here. The food is good and the fish is fresh, as you'd find in many restaurants in the Latina and Nettuno area, but the quality-price ratio is poor. A raw fish dish cost €130 and two first courses €76; we spent €270 for two. The quality doesn't justify it; it's simply too much, because if you charge €10 for a shrimp, it's not quality; it's simply a markup. I've eaten higher-quality fish at much lower prices. Add to that the fact that the place isn't anything special, and the experience isn't up to par; it's simply expensive. That said, I ate well, but it's not what I'll remember.

03/05/2026: Never again. We came a little while ago. We had zucchini gnocchi, shrimp, and clams. The portions were meager, and there was no trace of the shrimp, and only four empty clams. Not to mention the fried food, which was tasteless and bitter; the oil was definitely burnt. We're going back hungry. Never again. I don't recommend it.

09/11/2025: Excellent pizzeria in the hills, run by friendly, professional women. Known for its giropizza and other typical Ligurian and Piacenza dishes. We'll be back soon. A wonderful evening.

03/05/2026: A renowned restaurant with fresh ingredients. Excellent seafood spaghetti, risotto with creamed scampi, and fried calamari. Plenty of dining rooms and a crowd. Friendly and efficient service, but a bit chaotic on weekends. Book well in advance.

02/05/2026: Excellent inn, fast, friendly, and efficient service, attentive to requests. I ate very well and am completely satisfied. A special mention for culinary excellence goes to the fish ravioli with cacio e pepe, which left me amazed by both the deliciousness of the dish and the truly gourmet presentation. Highly recommended.
