13/05/2025: On Tuesday evening luckily we found this restaurant open because all the others opened on Thursday, we were the only 4 customers and we had a great time, an excellent dinner based on artichokes accompanied by two excellent wines. The owner Gianni very friendly and helpful.

09/04/2025: We were in this place, traveling around with the camper, excellent cuisine, amazing appetizer all based on artichokes... excellent kindness and professionalism... then due to an order error, they offered us to favor a first course with artichokes... to take away... what can I say... ate the next day... they were exceptional... highly recommended...

01/10/2025: We were in the area for my daughter's horse riding competition, and while searching for a delicious place on Google Maps, I came across this grill restaurant. The photos looked good. This restaurant, specializing in meat, fully met my expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, as is the staff, who were very friendly and approachable. The large glass counter allows you to choose the type and cut of meat—a real treat for someone like me who loves to choose what to eat. We wanted to try some good local olive oil, and the owner very kindly offered us some from his personal supply to enjoy with their special, soft focaccia. We dined inside, overlooking the brazier, where, over a warm flame, they expertly cooked us a fillet, a slice of steak, and a chicken, just as we requested. They were among the best we've ever tasted. The appetizers, featuring freshly sliced ​​mixed cured meats, were excellent, as were the first courses, which were delicious. I personally tried the mezzemaniche (at my express request) alla amatriciana, and they were excellent, with the flavor of the authentic, thick passata and crispy guanciale, just the way I like it. Roast potatoes and grilled vegetables accompanied the excellent meal, along with a glass of excellent local red wine from a bottle they opened on the spot. The price was perfectly in line with the quality, quantity, and service. It's definitely worth a second visit, and we'll probably return for a lunch outing.

30/12/2025: A beautiful and welcoming place, but it's unthinkable to sell a first course like the one we were given. In theory, it was supposed to be paccheri with octopus, but the octopus was only the idea... An idea that was paid handsomely. What a shame!

21/10/2025: Located in the center of Sabaudia, it's run by experienced staff. It was very busy on a Friday evening, just after eight o'clock. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the value is fantastic: two seafood salads, a mussel stew, spaghetti with clams, a fried fish dish, focaccia, dessert, and a thirty-euro beer. Definitely worth a try. Highly recommended.

10/03/2026: My partner and I had lunch there on Sunday. The restaurant is super clean with an open kitchen, and the staff is super friendly and fast. It was a wonderful experience! The place is dated, but it's part of the history of this city, and I hope it stays that way forever! We ate simple, well-made dishes... just like my grandmother used to cook. I recommend this fantastic place because it's truly worth it!

21/08/2025: Terrible quality, watered-down products, defrosted, and definitely not suitable for discerning palates. The staff was unsuitable for customer needs and completely unprepared. Never again. I took everything back and threw it away in front of them because they didn't even apologize, refund at least part of the amount I spent, or replace the products. Cheap, yes, but only apparently for the products used... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who knows anything about pastry or anything else.

02/10/2025: This food was lovely enough to remind me of a healthy/quick dinner out of a home kitchen but not from a pretentious restaurant such as this one with the chef wanting compliments by showing up after each meal and reminding us that everything was made in house. The food lacked flavour and presentation. The whole experience was almost depressing with the atmosphere lacking in so many ways and the menu being so devoid of any kind of information or excitement that we really wanted to leave before ordering but the waiters were too overbearing to allow this and basically intimidated us into staying. It seems that the restaurant is stuck in the classic cuisine of 40 years ago and refuses to innovate in any way from its menu to the atmosphere. The waiters were arrogant and annoyingly would often come in twos or threes just to take an order and reminded us that everything was made in house each time they came to the table just as the chef did. They didn’t notice when we had no water left and we gave each waiter a chance to notice but none of them did and we were the only table in the whole restaurant. They brought us bread when we arrived whilst we waited for our meals but nothing to accompany the bread and then when we paid, we noticed that we were charged for it when we didn’t order it in the first place! The entire experience was extremely disappointing and to top it all off, it cost the two of us 80 euros for a main meal, a desert to share and a bottle of water to share. We appreciated what they aim to do by making things from scratch and keeping the menu classic and simple, but we will not be returning for the aforementioned reasons. Good luck to them

10/09/2025: THE FIREPLACE... With such a welcoming name, you expect it to warm your heart and stomach... and indeed, they do, even if the bill at the end leaves you feeling a little burnt 🔥💸. The food? All good, no complaints, but a bit pricey for what you get. Wow... then you order one thing and in the blink of an eye, without warning, a different dish arrives. Meanwhile, the SPACIOUS CHEF Nazzareno wanders among the tables with his unmistakable hat, ready to challenge anyone, just like me, who loves ordering green beans. Would I go back? Yes, but this time we'll go straight for a first course, without hoping to satisfy ourselves with a nice portion of sea bass or sea bream. No surprises, no burning fireplaces... you know what? The wallet.

22/02/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at SIGH in Latina, and the experience was truly enjoyable in every way. The restaurant is charming and intimate, with a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The jazz music in the background perfectly complements the evening, without being intrusive, creating a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The seats are extremely comfortable and the tables are spacious, details that help you feel at ease throughout the dinner. Overall, it's a chic restaurant with attention to detail. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with great warmth. The person who looked after us, in addition to being very kind, proved knowledgeable and attentive, explaining the dishes in detail and answering any questions clearly. Such attentive service truly makes a difference. The menu isn't extensive, but the focus on quality over quantity is clear. The ingredients are excellent, and great care is evident in the selection of ingredients. A special mention goes to the homemade bread: truly excellent. The value for money is also very good, perfectly in keeping with the experience offered. If the venue were even more daring, I think it could aspire to major awards. I had a great time and recommend it to anyone looking for an intimate and romantic evening. I'll definitely be back!

01/02/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance, via a starter box. We enjoyed three courses selected by the chef: a cod and artichoke appetizer, a fusilli pasta with mussels and clams, and a zuppa inglese for dessert. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The place was very pleasant and unique, with pleasant background music that didn't disturb us.

26/02/2026: The food is excellent, Giada and Giorgia are always kind
