This restaurant is one of the historic landmarks in the center of Terracina. The atmosphere is intimate and authentic, with just a few tables, walls lined with bottles, and a pleasant internal courtyard that makes the experience particularly relaxing during the warmer months. The service is informal yet competent, with a keen eye for wine selection. The cuisine maintains a clear focus: minimal frills and meticulous attention to the finest ingredients, especially seafood. Among the dishes we highlighted were: * Smoked spaghetti with squid and lemon; * Pasta with squid ink; * Octopus; * Light and well-executed fried dishes. One of the greatest strengths remains the wine cellar, extensive and thoughtfully curated, capable of combining local wines with sought-after Italian and French producers.

Definitely an unexpected discovery. The atmosphere is completely unlike any typical seafood restaurant with 100 seats—in fact, perhaps 30 or so. The wine selection is impressive, and the dishes are meticulously presented and of impeccable quality and flavor.
