The culinary technique is impeccable, and each dish arrives at the table with a perfect balance of taste and presentation. The service is equally attentive, with attentive and trained staff who know how to recommend wines to pair with the dishes. The restaurant's strong point is certainly the creativity of the chef, who manages to offer sophisticated dishes without ever losing sight of the authenticity of the cuisine.
